SSS I Really Like You

Happy Saturday, crafty friends!
I have a couple of Valentine’s Day cards with the newly-released Simon Says Stamp love-themed products today.
For my first card, I used the Peony Bouquet stencil along with the CZ Design Like You Words stamp & die set.
To create the card, I die cut two rectangle panels from thick white cardstock – one is 4.25 x 5.5″ basic panel and another is 4 x 5.25″ wonky panel. I then made a heart window panel using the wonky rectangle panel. I placed heart window panel on the basic rectangle panel, traced along a heart with a pencil.
I laid the Peony Bouquet stencil over the panel in place.
I applied Tattered Rose Distress ink over the heart window panel, Picked Raspberry Distress ink over the basic panel using blender brush.
I stamped the You Are background on the heart window panel using Tea Dye Distress ink. For the sentiment, I used the CZ Design Like You Words die set.
We tend to believe that “I love you” is the most romantic phrase but sometimes “I like you” is more romantic than I love you. Don’t you think? :D

Here is another Valentine’s Day card with the Like You Words set. I placed the Tumbling Hearts stencil over the wonky rectangle watercolour panel, applied Tattered Rose Distress ink on it using blender brush.
I stamped heart wreath from the CZ Design I Still Do set on white cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black dye ink three times, coloured them with Altenew red alcohol markers, and then die cut them with the matching die.
I mounted the pink hearts patterned panel on white card base using double-sided tape first, and then added all elements on the card using form tape. I added water drops using Tonic Nuvo Morning Dew Crystal Drops.

Simon is celebrating 18 years with this amazing sale. So don’t miss out! The code is EGHTN845.

Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a wonderful weekend.

Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all!
