Hello crafty friends, TGIF! Welcome to Day 2 of the Simon Says Stamp Born to Sparkle Release Blog Hop. I’m so delighted to be a part of this amazing blog hop! If you arrived here from super talented Bibi Cameron’s blog you are on the right track.
For my first card, I used the Painted Flowers Stamp Set along with the CZ Design Swoopy Thank You Die. I die cut the Rounded Corner Rectangle panel from watercolour paper first. I then stamped Painted Flowers & Leaves onto the panel with several SSS dye inks. I coloured the background with Pumice Stone Distress ink. I coloured each stamped image using Copic markers to give a highlighter effect.
For the sentiment, I die cut the word “Thank you” from Mega Thick White cardstock, the shadow from Fog Gray cardstock using the CZ Design Swoopy Thank You Die.
For my second card, I used the Spring Bouquets Stamp Set. I stamped flower cluster on A2 sized white paper panel using Memento Desert Sand dye ink first, and then coloured it with Copic markers.
Red roses : (from dark to light) R39, R29, R24, R22 and R20. Yellow bud : YR14, E11, Y15 and Y02. Leaves : G99, YG06 and G20.
I cut the right side of the floral panel with scissors, dry embossed it with Lumen Embossing Folder, then mounted the panel on Neenah Desert Storm card base.

Hello crafty friends, happy weekend! Today I have a watercolour floral card with the Spellbinders Beauty in Bloom Stamp Set. This rough sketched floral set is a perfect for making loose watercolour floral card! :D
I started by stamping flowers & leaves from the Beauty in Bloom Set on A2 sized watercolour paper panel using black pigment ink. I then coloured all stamped images with several Distress inks.
For loose watercolouring, I used Festive Berries, Fired Brick, Seedless Preserves, Tea Dye and Mowed Lawn Distress inks. I applied water onto stamped image at first, and then loosely coloured with Distress inks. For the sentiment, I stamped it from the Wildflower Sentiments Set on white cardstock in pigment black, then trimmed it as small rectangle banner. Oh, I love the finished result!!
Thank you so much for stopping by. Happy crafting!
Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all! Love Love Love RejoicingCrafts
Hello crafty friends! Welcome to the Altenew Suddenly Spring Stand-Alone Dies Release Blog Hop. I’m so happy to be a part of this amazing blog hop! If you arrived here from Tricia Schaden’s blog you are on the right track!
For my first card, I die cut several flowers from soft and pastel pink & peach coloured cardstock using the Mini Flower Cluster Layering set. I layered flowers using fine tip glue pen and accented with glitter gold at some part.
I die cut the centre of the pink paper panel using the Circular Elements set. I mounted it on the same pink card base using foam tape, and then added all flowers & “hugs” sentiment die cut onto the card using foam tape.
Here is another floral card with the new Mini Flower Cluster Layering die set. I simply die cut flowers from coloured cardstock, and then arranged them in order of rainbow colours. Under the flowers, I used the Reflections die – the branch-like shape goes so well with the flower.
