PFS Floral Encouragement Cards

Hello crafty friends! Hope you are having a great weekend!
Today I have a couple of floral encouragement cards with some Pinkfresh Studio products.
These two large sized sentiment sets, the Whole Lot of Awesome & Hugs and Good Vibes, released by Pinkfresh Studio in April are VERY SPECIAL to me! Because one of my close friends, Leanne designed these sets for Pinkfresh Studio!! Leanne is so talented graphic designer and I’m really happy that she makes something beautiful for Pinkfresh studio!! Oh, and sweet Kinnari kindly sent me these two sets, woohoo!

For my first card, I used the Whole Lot of Awesome stamp set along with the Wild Flower Sketches set. I heat embossed the sentiment on the centre of a 4.25″ x 5.5″ white paper panel in gold.
Next, I stamped flowers and leaves from the Wild Flower Sketches set with several SSS dye inks, die cut all stamped images with matching dies. I then added stamped flowers & leaves to all edges of the sentiment panel as shown in the picture using foam tape.

For my second card, I used the Hugs and Good Vibes stamp set along with the Painted Florals washi tape. I stamped the sentiment on the centre of a 4.25″ x 5.5″ watercolour panel using VersaFine Vintage Sepia pigment ink, and then loosely coloured over the sentiment area with Sunshine & Espresso watercolors – I mixed yellow and brown together and coloured onto the panel. For the flowers, I die cut them from the Painted Florals washi tape, then added them using foam tape.

Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a healthy day.

Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all!

OCC Spring Card Camp 2 – Day 1

Hello crafty friends!
I’ve been away from my blog for a bit because I was busy with work but I’m attending OCC Spring Card Camp 2 every day. As you already undoubtedly know, Online Card Class has a ton of amazing card classes like Spring Card Camp – and another Spring Card Camp class started 6th of May. It’s still going on so participate in if you don’t have this class yet.

The subject of the Day 1 Kristina leads is masking technique called “Marvelous Masking“. This technique is really great with minimal supplies!
To be brief, I die cut large sized alphabets from printer paper using the Altenew Mega Alphabet dies first, then placed them on diagonal stitched rectangled watercolour paper panel in place – fixed them firmly using washi tape. I blended them with Distress inks, and then stamped tiny flowers & leaves with pigment black ink.
I used Mustard Seed, Rusty Hinge and Festive Berries Distress inks for blending.
I used Crushed Olive, Mermaid Lagoon and Faded Jeans.
I used Picked Raspberry, Wild Honey and Seedless Preserves.

For the sentiment, I used the Pinkfresh Studio Hey Gorgeous die & the Simon Says Stamp SSS Sentiment Strips All Things Happy.
Don’t miss this class! You can learn many awesome techniques from amazing card makers!!

Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a wonderful day!

Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all!

Pinkfresh Studio Floral Cards

Hello crafty friends!
Today I have simple & elegant floral cards with some Pinkfresh Studio floral-themed products – Just Because and Floral Cluster sets.

First two cards, I used the Just Because set along with the Essentials: Classic Words die set.
It’s so easy to make! I heat embossed floral image from the Just Because set on Lipstick Red paper panel using white embossing powder first, and then partially coloured the image with ivory polychromos colored pencil.
Once the panel was dry, I mounted it on white card base using double-sided tape, then added opaque white ink splatters & white dots.
For the sentiment, I die cut the word “Beautiful” from white cardstock using the Essentials: Classic Words die set, adhered it on the bottom of the card using foam tape.

For my second card, I used the same way with the first card but made it on kraft card base.

In this card, I used the Floral Cluster set along with the Essentials: Classic Words die set. I heat embossed the floral cluster onto Soft Navy paper panel in white, coloured it with polychromos colored pencils, then die cut it with the matching die.
I mounted the Soft Navy panel on white card base using double-sided tape first, and then added the flower image on the top-right corner using foam tape.
I hope, pray and believe that the whole nation will recover soon. Stay safe!

Thank you so much for stopping by.

Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all!

Paper Rose Ella’s Garden Scribble Roses

Hello crafty friends!
Today I have a couple of floral cards using the Paper Rose Ella’s Garden Scribble Roses die set along with the Ella’s Garden Rose Bouquet stamp set.To create this card, I die cut flowers & leaves from watercolour paper using the Ella’s Garden Scribble Roses dies first. I then inked inner pieces using some Distress inks:
Rose petals : (from left to right) Tattered Rose, Festive Berries, Seedless Preserves
Leaves : Mowed Lawn, Evergreen Bough, Crushed Olive
I applied double-sided tape to the back of outlined flowers & leaves die cuts, and then inlaid all of the pieces in place. I die cut two of outlined leaves from white cardstock as well.
For the background panel, I lightly painted with Tumbled Glass Distress ink, added blue & green ink splatters. Once the panel was dry, I mounted it on white card base using double-sided tape first, and then added the Garden Scribble Roses using foam tape. For the sentiment, I heat embossed it from the Ella’s Garden Rose Bouquet set on black cardstock in white, then trimmed it down.
I added water drops here and there using Tonic Nuvo Morning Dew Crystal Drops & PPP clear droplets.

Here is another card with the Ella’s Garden Scribble Roses die set. In this card, I only used leaves from the set.
For the metallic blue leafy background panel, I die cut the Diagonal Stitched Rectangle panel from watercolour paper first, and many leaves from watercolour paper as well. I adhered leaves onto the panel as shown in the picture using fine tip glue pen, then painted onto the panel using blue & purple metallic watercolours. I added opaque white ink splatters. For the sentiment, I used the Pinkfresh Studio Hey Gorgeous die set.
Oh, I’m so satisfied with the result!! :D

Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a wonderful day.

Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all!
