MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge Week 5

Hello crafty friends!
I’m back again with a clean & simple birthday card with the Make a Wish set – it’s one of my favourites among the MFT stamp sets.

Here is my take on the Sketch 400:
As soon as I saw the sketch 400, I thought immediately of the birthday candles so I decided that I turned the sketch upside-down. I stamped the candles from theĀ Make a Wish set on white card stock using MFT hybrid inks, and then die cut them with theĀ Make a Wish Die-namics. I stamped the birthday sentiment on top-folded white card base in pigment black. I adhered all birthday candles on the bottom of the card front using foam tape.

MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge Week 3

Hello crafty friends!
I’m back again with another floral card with the MFT August release products: Rolled Rose and Grand Greenery Die-namics.

Here is my take on the Sketch 398:
MFT constantly provides so many beautiful 3D flowers and the August Rolled Rose is,Ā without a doubt, a gorgeousĀ as well as the old ones. I die cut the Rolled Rose from various shades of pink papers, and die cut the Grand Greenery from earth tones paper as well. I rolled & made flowers, and then adhered them with leaves on Primitive White card base using foam tape. I added stamens inside the rolled roses. For the sentiment, I used the Fluttering Friends stamp set.

MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge Week 1

Hello crafty friends, happy Wednesday.
Woo hoo! I am so excited to be guesting with My Favorite Things in August for their Wednesday Sketch Challenge!!

Here is my take on the Sketch 396:
To create the card, I die cut Wonky Stitched Rectangle panel from watercolour paper first, and then made a watercoloured floral patterns with the Bold Blooms stamp set – I stamped flowers & leaves with light coloured dye ink, then coloured all stamped images with watercolors. Next, I stamped cute bunnies & bear from the Snuggle Bunnies set using black dye ink, coloured them with alcohol markers, and then die cut them with the Snuggle Bunnies Die-namics.
For the sentiment, I heat embossed it from the More Essential Sentiments set on Steel Grey cardstock with white embossing powder, and then trimmed it down using long fishtail banner in the Blueprints 27 Die-namics. I mounted all elements on Grout Gray card base as shown in the picture using foam tape.
