Altenew Nostalgic Memories Release

Hello crafty friends!
Today I want to share with you a couple of floral cards with brand new Altenew Nostalgic Memories Released products. :)

For my first card, I used the Sweet Blooms die set. I simply die cut the flower petals and leaves from coloured cardstock first, and made a floral wreath with all die cuts. Floral wreath is my all-time favourite item!!

For the background, I dry embossed an A2 sized white paper panel with the Mod Squares 3D embossing folder. I then rolled top-right and bottom-left corner of the panel.

For the sentiment, I used the word “For You” in the XOXO & More die set.

For my second card, I used the Zero-Waste 3D Floral Cover die. I die cut the Zero-Waste 3D Floral Cover from thick white cardstock and used flowers & leaves die cuts only. I made three layered flowers. Pale green leaves, I coloured with BG11 Copic marker.

For the background, I applied the Floating Foliage 3D embossing folder to Neenah Smooth Desert Storm paper panel. I slightly distressed to the edge of panel.

For the sentiment, I used the word “Love” in the Far Out Phrases die set.

Altenew floral dies are really amazing!!

Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a great day.

Paper Rose Floral Tags

Hello crafty friends!
Today I have two floral tag trios with the beautiful Paper Rose Studio Poppy Field and Helen’s Homestead 12×12 Papers.

For my first floral tag trio, I used the Poppy Field F 12×12 Paper along with the Pierced Rectangles frame die.

I die cut 6.5cm wide x 9.5cm height rectangle panels from the Poppy Field F 12×12 Paper using the Pierced Rectangles frame die. I then die cut butterflies from colour & vellum papers using the Elena Butterfly and Amaya Butterfly dies. For the sentiment, I used the Black & White A5 Sentiment Sheets.

For the second floral tag trio, I used the Helen’s Homestead E 12×12 Paper.

With this beautiful floral patterns, I can easily make many beautiful floral tags!! I just cut the part what I wanted to have as a tag using the Pierced Rectangle die and added black sentiment banners.

Paper Rose Etched Flowers

Hello crafty friends!
Today I have a simple (and definitely beautiful, haha!) floral card with the Paper Rose Studio Etched Flowers and Hand Stitching Coverplate dies.

Left: Etched Flowers Die Set
Right: Hand Stitching Coverplate Die

I started by die cutting an A2 sized rectangle panel from thick white cardstock with the Pierced Rectangles Frame die. I then applied the Hand Stitching Coverplate die to the pierced rectangle panel for adding adorable patterns.

I die cut several flowers from watercolour paper using the Etched Flower dies and also some outlined leaves from the same watercolour paper using the Lined Leaf Outlines dies. I then applied Festive Berries and Fired Brick Distress inks to some flower petals, Bundled Sage Distress ink to outlined leaves using blending brushes.

I mounted the Hand Stitching patterned panel on the Neenah Desert Storm card base using double sided tape first, and then added all flowers, leaves and sentiment banner using foam tape.

I decorated the centre of the flowers with Clear Crystal Mix. I am so in love with it!! :)

Paper Rose Palmy Foliage Wreath

Hello crafty friends!
Today I have a leafy wreath card with the Paper Rose Studio Palmy Foliage and Little Foliage 2 dies.

I started by die cutting several palm leaves from warm tones cardstock using the Palmy Foliage die set. I then die cut tiny berries from white cardstock using the Little Foliage 2 die set as well. Next I applied the Hand Stitching Coverplate to an A2 sized thick white paper panel. I love this adorable background die – this will make floral or Christmas card even more wonderful. I mounted the Hand Stitching panel on white card base using foam tape first, and then added Palmy Foliage wreath and sentiments using foam tape.

Here is a closer look:

If you have assorted colour cardstock, you can make beautiful wreath cards with just one leaf die. :)

Paper Rose Floral Patterned Cards

Hello crafty friends!
Today I have floral card trio with the Paper Rose Studio Helen’s Homestead & Poppy Field 12 x 12 pattern papers. Paper Rose Studio has so many beautiful floral pattern papers!

Ta-da! Aren’t they so beautiful?!! It’s really easy to make if you have floral pattern papers. :D

For my first card, I used the Helen’s Homestead E 12×12 Paper with Little Foliage 2 die set. I cut the pattern paper as an A2 sized rectangle panel, fussy cut the large sized flower & some leaves, and then added them on the right side of the card as shown in the picture. For the sentiment, I used the All Occasions Sentiments A5 Sheets.

For the second card, I used the Poppy Field F 12×12 Paper along with the Ella’s Garden Scribble Roses die set. I cut the floral pattern paper, the front has flowers and the back has leaves, into rectangular shapes, and then mounted them on the white card base as shown in the picture. I then added one leaf & black sentiment banner to the centre of the card.

For my last card today, I fussy cut the flowers in the Poppy Field F 12×12 Paper, and then adhered them on the white paper panel using foam tape. I then added the metallic gold “hugs” sentiment on the floral patterned panel. Oh, I LOVE the Poppy Field F 12×12 Paper!!
