SSS STAMPtember® CB Magnificent Magnolia

Hello crafty friends, TGIF!!
Today I have a CAS floral card with SSS STAMPtember®Clearly Besotted Magnificent Magnolia stamp set – it’s simply beautiful set!

Here is what I came up with:
To create the card, I heat embossed Magnificent Magnolia on watercolour paper in white first, and then coloured it with Pinkfresh Studio Liquid Watercolors: Bubble Gum, Key Lime, Espresso. For olive green leaves, I mixed Key Lime and Espresso. I then fussy cut it out.
For the sentiment panel, I blended on watercolour paper panel with Tea Dye & Crushed Olive Distress inks, brushed the panel using a wet paint brush. Once the panel was dry, I stamped the sentiment in black.
I mounted the sentiment panel on Altenew Spicy Yogurt card base using double-sided tape first, added watercoloured magnolia on it using foam tape.

Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a wonderful weekend!

Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all!

Here is what I came up with:
yoonsunhur-20160926-cbesotted-001It’s so easy to make!! I randomly stamped the images from the Let’s Prance set on watercolour paper panel in VersaFine Onyx Black, then loosely watercoloured them with Peerless watercolors. I especially like using kraft card base in Christmas season!!

Clearly Besotted Layered Wreath

Hello crafty friends, happy Sunday!
I have two (kind of) CAS Christmas cards to share with you today using the newly released Clearly Besotted Layered Wreath stamp set.
layered-wreath
yoonsunhur-20160911-cbesotted-a001I simply stamped the leaf wreath, berries, and pine cones from the Layered Wreath set on the centre of square watercolour paper panel using some dye inks first: (Leaf wreath) Mowed Lawn, Evergreen Bough Distress inks and Altenew Forest Glades dye ink / (Berries) Altenew Ruby Red dye ink / (Pine cones) Altenew Dark Chocolate dye ink. I then lightly brushed the wreath using water brush – Distress inks react with water. I wrapped red & white bakers twine on the top of the stamped panel three times, added a bow and silver jingle bell. I then decorated the bottom of the panel with gold foil washi tape. Lastly I mounted the panel on white card base using foam tape, and then embellished with a few PPP 4mm metallic gold sequins.

Here is another CAS card with the Layered Wreath stamp set.
yoonsunhur-20160911-cbesotted-b001I stamped the sentiment from the set on the centre of the watercolour paper panel in black pigment ink first, and then randomly stamped tiny Christmas images all around the panel. For the tiny snowflakes, I used the On Thin Ice stamp set.

Clearly Besotted English Rose

Hello crafty friends, TGIF!!
Today I want to share with you my flower card using the newly released Clearly Besotted English Rose stamp set.
CBesotted-EnglishRoseThe set is so beautiful! I think it will be one of my all time favourite stamp sets!!

Here is what I came up with:
YoonsunHur-20160812-CBesotted-001I used the Mini MISTI stamping tool to stamp layered roses & leaves exactly where I want. I stamped the roses & leaves from the set onto watercolour paper panel using Altenew dye inks:
3 of larger red roses: Ruby Red & Dark Chocolate (darker shade)
2 of brighter red roses: Crimson & Velvet (darker shade)
Leaves: Forest Glades & Evergreen (darker shade)
Once the stamped panel was dry, I lightly coloured the roses with Tattered Rose Distress ink, the leaves with Twisted Citron Distress ink. I then coloured around the roses with Tumbled Glass Distress ink and a wet paint brush. I added red ink splatters over the panel. For the sentiment, I stamped it from the To You With Love set on the bottom part of the panel in VersaFine Onyx Black, and then heat embossed it in clear. Finally, I mounted the panel on an A2 sized white card base using double-sided tape, and then added clear droplets over the roses using Glossy Accents.YoonsunHur-20160812-CBesotted-003YoonsunHur-20160812-CBesotted-002Thank you so much for stopping by. CBesotted-BestFriends
Here is what I came up with:
YoonsunHur-20160725-CBesotted-001The characters from the Best Friends set are so darling!! I just wanted to use them as many as I can do! I 1) Stamped the adorable critters from the set on watercolour paper in VersaFine Onyx Black, coloured them with Distress markers, then fussy cut them. 2) Made the matching scenes with each of the three pairs on an A2 sized watercolour paper panel 3) Die cut the Stitched Film Strip (by Pretty Pink Posh) from white card stock. 4) Mounted the panel on white card base using double-sided tape first, and then added all elements as shown to the card front using dimensional foam tape. 5) Embellished with a few PPP clear sequins.
YoonsunHur-20160725-CBesotted-002Best friends forever, it’s true!!
