Welcome to the Altenew May 2017 Release Blog Hop!! If you arrived here from Nicole Picadura’s blog you are on the right track!
We are releasing 16 stamp sets, 12 coordinating die sets, 3 stand alone dies, and 6 embossing powders.
For my first card, I used the Strawberry mini stamp set along with the Handmade Tags stamp set. I randomly stamped those yummy cakes and cookies on watercolour paper using brown pigment ink, watercoloured them with Distress markers. I stamped and watercoloured strawberry cake on a separate watercolour paper, die cut it with the matching die.
Once the watercoloured panel was dry, I mounted it on top-folded pink card base using glue tape, and then added strawberry cake die cut & sentiment banner on it using foam tape.
Here is another watercolour card I made using brand new Ice Cream mini stamp set and the Way Too Sweet stamp set.
They look so fresh and delicious, aren’t they? :)
