Hello crafty friends!
Today I want to share with you my watercolour flower card for My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge 275.
Here is what I came up with:
To create this card, I 1) Stamped the poppies and leaves from Delicate Pretty Poppies set onto watercolour paper panel using Black Licorice hybrid ink. 2) Coloured them with Peerless watercolors using waterbrush. 3) Coloured the background with Antique Linen Distress ink using a wet paint brush. 4) Added some black ink splatters. 5) Die cut a separate piece of white card stock using the stitched rectangle die in the Blueprints 25 Die-namics, added stitching to the panel using Stitched Strip Die-namics, then die cut the circle at the bottom right hand corner of the stitched panel using Inside & Out Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics. 6) Stamped the sentiment from Delicate Pretty Poppies set on black card stock using VersaMark Embossing ink, heat embossed with white embossing powder. 7) Mounted all elements as shown to A2 white card base using dimensional foam tape. 8) Embellished with a few PPP clear sequins.
Thank you so much for stopping by. Happy crafting!!
Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all!
