Hello, hello crafty friends, welcome to the Altenew and MISTI Collaboration Blog Hop! You should have arrived from Jeanne streiff blog.
(This is my second post of the day, for the MFT WSC 287, click HERE.)
I am sharing with you my flower card with the Altenew, one of my favourites, Vintage Roses layered stamp set. I think MISTI is perfect stamping tool for getting a nice crisp image with multi step stamps!!
To create the card, I die cut a piece of watercolour paper using an A2 sized stitched rectangle panel die first, and then ink blended on it with Antique Linen Distress ink using mini blending tool. Once the panel was dry, I die cut the centre of the inked panel using stitched circle die to use sentiment panel.
Next, I stamped the flowers and leaves from the Vintage Roses set on the inked panel with several colours of Altenew dye ink:
Flowers: (from lighter to darker) Rouge, Velvet, and Jet Black
Leaves: Forest Glades, Evergreen, and Jet Black
For the sentiment, I used the Oriental Orchid stamp set.
Your next stop on the hop is Maureen Wong. We hope you have all enjoyed our inspirational blog hop!
