Hello crafty friends!
Welcome to the My Favorite Things new product launch! Yay, it’s Time!! All of the new products we’ve been sharing all week are officially available in the MFT Store now!
My card features the Essential Sentiments stamp set and Essential Cover-Up Horizontal Die-namics along with the Soak up the Fun stamp set.
To start, I stamped the ‘under the see’ scene from the Soak up the Fun set on watercolour paper panel in Black Licorice hybrid ink, then watercoloured the scene with Peerless watercolors and a paint brush. Next, I die cut the Essential Cover-Up Horizontal from white card stock to make the shaker panel, adhered the acetate sheet back of it, and then stamped the sentiment from the Essential Sentiments set on the front of the shaker panel in Black Licorice hybrid ink. Once the watercoloured panel was completely dry, I mounted it on an A2 sized white card base using double-sided tape first, added some sequins, and then covered the card with the shaker panel using foam tape.
