Hello crafty friends!
Welcome to the My Favorite Things August Release Countdown Day 1. We’ve reached the final day of the countdown and all of the new products will be available at 10 pm ET today in the MFT store.
Today I am featuring the Peek-a-Boo Polka Dots Die-namics along with other new products.
To create the card, I 1) Die cut the Peek-a-Boo Polka Dots from A2 sized white paper panel. 2) Stamped the birthday candles from the Make a Wish set on white card stock with Red Hot, Pineapple, and Blu Raspberry hybrid inks, then die cut them with the matching dies. 3) Heat embossed the sentiment from the Make a Wish set on black card stock in white, then cut it out using the banner die in the Blueprints 30 Die-namics. 4) Stamped the dragon and fire puffs from the Magical Dragons set on watercolour paper in Black Licorice hybrid ink, coloured them with Distress markers, then die cut them with the Magical Dragons Die-namics. 5) Mounted the polka dots panel on white card base using foam tape first, and then added all elements as shown to the card front using foam tape. 6) Embellished with a few PPP clear sequins.
