Hello crafty friends, blessed Sunday!
Today I am just popping in to share my cards with the new SSS Tropical Leaves stamp set.

This set is loved by so many people! And of course it’s one of my faves among the new SSS Among the Stars release!!
For my first card, I used the emboss resist technique. First, I stamped the leaves from the Tropical Leaves set on the bottom part of an A2 sized watercolour paper panel using VersaMark embossing ink, and then heat embossed them with Hero Arts white embossing powder. Next, I ink blended on the heat embossed panel with Faded Jeans, Mermaid Lagoon, Evergreen Bough, Mowed Lawn, Cracked Pistachio, Twisted Citron, and Wild Honey Distress inks using mini ink blending tool. I spritzed the ink blended panel with water using a Mini Mister. Once the panel was dry, I added tiny dots using Uni-Ball Pen Gel White. For the sentiment, I used the Uplifting Thoughts stamp set. Finally, I mounted the panel on an A2 sized white card base using dimensional foam tape, then embellished with a few PPP clear sequins.

Here is another card with the Tropical Leaves stamp set. First, I die cut a piece of watercolour paper using the SSS Stitches Rectangles die. I then randomly stamped the leaves on it with several blue & green colours of SSS hybrid and dye inks. I coloured the rest areas with Pumice Stone Distress ink using Tim Holtz Detailer Waterbrush. Once the panel was dry, I stamped the sentiment from the Uplifting Thoughts set on the centre of the panel using VersaFine Onyx Black, added some black ink splatters. I mounted it on an A2 sized white card base using dimensional foam tape, then embellished with a few PPP clear sequins.
That’s it for today. Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a wonderful weekend!!
Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all!
