Hello crafty friends, I hope you are having a wonderful weekend.
It’s that time of year again: wedding season!! So today I want to share with you my floral wedding cards with the Simon Says Stamp products.
For my first card, I created my own floral background with the SSS & Altenew Layered Flowers and Lovely Spring stamp sets. I randomly stamped the flowers and leaves on white paper panel using Altenew dye inks:
Large flowers: (from lighter to darker) Rouge, Velvet, Crimson
Small flowers: Warm Sunshine, Peach Perfect, Cotton Candy, Velvet
Leaves: (from lighter to darker) Frayed Leaf, Forest Glades, Evergreen
Floral wreath: Warm Sunshine
Tiny flowers: Deep Iris
Next, I die cut a separate white card stock using the Wavy Scallop Stitches Dies and then stamped the sentiment from the Congratulations set in VersaFine Onyx Black. I mounted the floral background on an A2 sized white card base using double-sided tape first, and then added the sentiment panel at the bottom of it using dimensional foam tape.
Here is another floral wedding card with the Flowers On My Mind and Lovely Spring stamp sets. I stamped the flowers and leaves on white paper panel with several colours of SSS & Hero Arts inks:
Flowers: SSS Rosie Cheeks & Wisteria dye inks / SSS Apricot, Sunkist, Twirling Tutu hybrid inks / Hero Arts Neon Red, Butter Bar dye inks
Leaves: SSS Mint Candy & Jellybean hybrid inks / SSS Spring Rain dye ink
For the sentiment, I used the Congratulations stamp set.
That’s it for today. Thank you so much for stopping by. Happy crafting!
Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all!
