MFT February Release Countdown – Day 3

Hello crafty friends, blessed Sunday!
Welcome to the My Favorite Things February Release Countdown Day 3.
NewReleaseCountdown_Day3My card today features the Farm Friends Stamp Set and Die-namics along with other MFT products.
yoonsunhur-201702-mftrc-day3-001To start, I made my own inlaid green grass background with the Grassy Hills Die-namics. I blended on watercolour paper panel with Mowed Lawn, Evergreen Bough Distress inks and mini ink blending tool, added water droplets. Once the panel was dry, I die cut the grass using the Grassy Hills Die-namics, then inlaid them in place. Next, I stamped the Denim Background on white paper panel with Sour Apple, Gumdrop Green, Green-Eyed Monster hybrid inks, and then die cut it with the Stitched Triple Peek-a-Boo Window & Edge Die-namics.
yoonsunhur-201702-mftrc-day3-002I stamped the cute images from the Farm Friends set on white card stock using Black Licorice hybrid ink, coloured them with Copic markers, and then die cut them with the Farm Friends Die-namics. I mounted the grass background on white card base using double-sided tape first, and then added all elements on it using foam tape.

MFT February Release Countdown – Day 4

Hello crafty friends, happy weekend!
Welcome to the My Favorite Things February Release Countdown Day 4.
NewReleaseCountdown_Day4Today I will be sharing with you my cards with the Space Explorer Stamp Set and Sketched Blooms 2 Stamp Set along with other goodies.
yoonsunhur-201702-mftrc-day4-b001I started by stamping all images from the Space Explorer set on watercolour paper panel in pigment black ink – I used the Mini MISTI stamping tool. I then coloured them with Peerless watercolors and water brush. I used Faded Jeans Distress ink for the dark blue background. Once the panel was dry, I trimmed it using the Wonky Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-namics, and then mounted it on the Primitive White card base using foam tape. Then I added the sentiment banner and a few 3mm clear sequins.

yoonsunhur-201702-mftrc-day4-a001For my second card, I made a (kind of) CAS floral card. I 1) Die cut a piece of white card stock using stitched rectangle panel die in the Blueprints 25 Die-namics. 2) Stamped flowers from the Sketched Blooms 2 set on the panel using Gravel Gray hybrid ink. 3) Stamped the word “Hugs” from the Lots of Hugs set on the bottom of the panel using Black Licorice hybrid ink, and then heat embossed a coordinating sentiment in white. 4) Stamped some flowers from the Sketched Blooms 2 set on watercolour paper in Black Licorice hybrid ink, coloured them with Peerless watercolors, and then fussy cut them. 5) Mounted the stamped panel on white card base using double-sided tape first, and then added all elements on it using foam tape.
yoonsunhur-201702-mftrc-day4-a002Sending big hugs and lots of love to you all!!

MFT January Creative Construction with Blueprints

Hello crafty friends!
Welcome to the MFT January Creative Construction with Blueprints Challenge!
MFT-CCB-BannerTags provide the perfect little canvas for expressing your love in miniature form. Use them as delightful little cards, package accents, or decor – every one of your Valentines will be enamored by your creations. This month, we’ve challenged our team to inspire you with tags created with our extensive collection of Blueprints.

Here is what I came up with:
yoonsunhur-20170131-mft-janccb-001For my tags today, I used the Tag Builder Blueprints 6 Die-namics. To start, I die cut the stitched circle tags from white card stock, circle tag toppers from the Wild Cherry card stock. I then stamped the sentiment from the Deepest Sympathy set on each circle tag in Black Licorice hybrid ink. Next, I stamped, watercoloured, die cut cute little critters from the Birdie Brown collection, and then mounted them on circle tags using foam tape – I used (from the left) the Otterly Love You, Hog Heaven, Ewe Are the Best stamp & die sets.
yoonsunhur-20170131-mft-janccb-002I die cut the circle tags, stamped the same sentiment on each tag again, then made double sided tags.

yoonsunhur-20170125-mft-jancardkit-day3-001I started by creating my own white-on-white background using the Lock & Key Die-namics. I die cut the heart key from white card stock several times, then adhered them diagonally on white paper panel using fine tip glue pen. I then die cut the houses from colour card stock using the Home Sweet Home Die-namics, assembled them using fine tip glue pen – these mini houses are so super adorable!! For the sentiment, I stamped it from the No Place Like Home set on off-white watercolour paper in Black Licorice hybrid ink, trimmed it with the fishtail banner die in the Blueprints 27 Die-namics, and then tied a natural twine bow. Finally, I mounted all elements as shown to the Grout Gray card base using foam tape.

MFT January Card Kit – No Place Like Home Day 2

Hello crafty friends!
Welcome to MFT January No Place Like Home Card Kit Countdown Day 2.
Print
Here is what I came up with:
yoonsunhur-20170124-mft-jancardkit-day2-001To start, I die cut a piece of white card stock using the stitched panel in the Blueprints 28 Die-namics. Then I randomly stamped the flowers and leaves from the Fancy Flowers set in the December Fancy Flowers card kit all over the panel in Latte hybrid ink. I die cut the skeleton key from the Cherry Crisp and Silver Shine card stocks using the Lock & Key Die-namics, then mounted them on the stamped panel using foam tape. Before moving to next step, I added the button + string at the bottom of the panel.
yoonsunhur-20170124-mft-jancardkit-day2-002I decorated inside the panel with the Home Sweet Home Die-namics – what a gorgeous die set!!
