MFT February Release Countdown – Day 3

Hello crafty friends, blessed Sunday!
Welcome to the My Favorite Things February Release Countdown Day 3.
NewReleaseCountdown_Day3My card today features the Farm Friends Stamp Set and Die-namics along with other MFT products.
yoonsunhur-201702-mftrc-day3-001To start, I made my own inlaid green grass background with the Grassy Hills Die-namics. I blended on watercolour paper panel with Mowed Lawn, Evergreen Bough Distress inks and mini ink blending tool, added water droplets. Once the panel was dry, I die cut the grass using the Grassy Hills Die-namics, then inlaid them in place. Next, I stamped the Denim Background on white paper panel with Sour Apple, Gumdrop Green, Green-Eyed Monster hybrid inks, and then die cut it with the Stitched Triple Peek-a-Boo Window & Edge Die-namics.
yoonsunhur-201702-mftrc-day3-002I stamped the cute images from the Farm Friends set on white card stock using Black Licorice hybrid ink, coloured them with Copic markers, and then die cut them with the Farm Friends Die-namics. I mounted the grass background on white card base using double-sided tape first, and then added all elements on it using foam tape.

  1. Gosh the count down is fabulous — every day more neat ideas, stamps, dies, paper stacks….dang…you guys never quit…thanks for sharing …. sure hope I win something…hugs, syl xxxooo

  2. Yoonsun, I love that you used that die cut! The three windows really bring the animals into focus. You also used a lot of color on the animals which make them also pop. I love the denim texture on the die cut and that you have different levels of green and colors of green underneath the die cut. The sentiment looks great hanging downward on the banners. Thank you for sharing.
