Hello crafty friends!
I’m popping in to share with you my elegant floral cards with beautiful Simon Says Stamp Filigree Floral dies: Filigree Wreath & Filigree Message Circle.
For my first circle floral panel, I used the Filigree Message Circle and the Stitched Circles Panel dies.
I die cut the Filigree Message Circle from thick (300gsm) white card stock first, and then trimmed it using the Stitched Circle Panel die – I inked up with Antique Linen Distress ink.
I stamped the Pretty Peonies Background on a 4.25″ x 5.5″ white paper panel using Memento Tuxedo Black dye ink, then coloured the stamped images with Altenew Artist Markers – red & green is my most favourite colour combo to flowers. :D
For the sentiment, I heat embossed it from the Tiny Words set on Lipstick Red card stock in white first, and then trimmed it as a small banner using the Nested Banners die set.
For my second card, I used the Filigree Wreath die along with the Pretty Peonies Background stamp.
I die cut stitched square panel from thick (300gsm) white card stock using the Stitched Squares die set first, die cut the Filigree Wreath from the panel, and then cut the centre of the Filigree Wreath Panel with the small sized Stitched Circle die.
For this floral background, I stamped the Pretty Peonies Background on a 4.25″ x 5.5″ white paper panel using Memento Tuxedo Black dye ink, then coloured the background, not flowers & leaves, with blue alcohol markers.
Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a fabulous day!!
Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all!
