SSS STAMPtember® Beautiful Flowers 2

Hello crafty friends, happy Sunday and happy STAMPtember®!
From now till the end of the month, I will share my projects (cards, tags, etc) with you using Simon’s Exclusive STAMPtember®products. Oh, and also I will give my STAMPtember cards away for the whole month because, IT. IS. THE. STAMPtember®! Are you ready to have fun in September and celebrate the STAMPtember®?!!
For my first STAMPtember®2018 card, I undoubtedly used the flower set, haha! Brand new Beautiful Flowers 2 is a MUST-HAVE item!

Here is what I came up with:
I created my own floral background with the Beautiful Flowers 2 stamp set. As I normally do, I randomly stamped flowers & leaves on watercolour paper panel using VersaFine Onyx Black pigment ink first, and then coloured them with Altenew Watercolor set. I stamped the small sized sentiments between watercoloured flowers as well.
I stamped a flower in the Beautiful Flowers 2 set on a separate watercolour paper in black pigment ink, watercoloured it, and then die cut it using matching die. For a white rectangle frame, I die cut 4.25 x 5 inches Rectangle Panel from thick white card stock first, and then cut inside the panel using smaller rectangle panel die in the Basic Rectangles die set.

Make sure to check out the Simon Says Stamp blog HERE for all the details and inspiration. We will be celebrating every day posting exclusive collaborations, contests, prizes, special promotions, announcements, and more surprises!

Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a blessed Sunday!

Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all!

  1. It’s wonderful seeing you use the new Altenew watercolors set, I’ve been looking at it. Your coloring is stunning, and I love how you’ve made a background with all of the floral stamps and that you’ve added some of the small sentiments too. I’m a big fan of your art, and it’s wonderful that we share a love of the same Lord too. Stunning card! Blessings, Joanne

  2. I love the way you use stamps to make colorful backgrounds! This technique scares me a bit, but you are amazing, and your coloring?? Just fabulous!!
