My cards today, I am featuring the Forever and Always and the Happy Bloom sets – These two flower sets are truly gorgeous!!
For my first card, I made a watercolour flower card with the Forever and Always stamp & die set. I stamped a flower bouquet onto watercolour paper in pigment black first, coloured it with watercolours, and then die cut it with the matching die. I watercoloured the background panel with shades of pink.
I mounted the watercoloured panel on Spicy Yogurt card base using glue tape first, and then all elements as shown to card front using foam tape.
I stamped the sentiment from the Forever and Always set inside the card in black. Oh, that sentiment is so romantic!!
For my second card, I used the Happy Bloom stamp set. I stamped flowers & leaves randomly onto white paper panel in black dye ink. I then coloured the background with the Artist Markers Set A: (from light to dark) Sea Glass, Ocean Waves, Desert Night. For the stamped flowers & leaves, I coloured them with polychromos pencils.

Oh, my…the first card is so soft and heavenly. I just love the color pallette. As I do the second card, too. I am thinking of the background color in the shade at the bottom of the card to paint my front door! I think it will pop off the beige and brick and compliment it nicely!
