Altenew Card Kit/Layering Dies Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hello crafty friends, welcome to the Altenew Card Kit/Layering Dies Release Blog Hop!
Altenew New Day Card Kit
Thirty four cardstock die cuts
Six 8.5 x 11 inch cardstock (Made in UK)
Forty eight 6×6 inch pattern paper sheets (two of each design)
Two alphabet sticker sheets
12 wood veneer frames
6×8 inch photopolymer clear stamp set (Made in USA)
One gold glitter tape
Frame die, hearts and stars die
Enamel dots and hearts (4×6 inch sheet)

To create the first card, I simply stamped the flower and butterfly from the Floral Garden set in the card kit on white paper panel with several dye inks: (Petal) Coral Berry, Ruby Red / (Leaves) Frayed Leaf, Forest Glades, Evergreen / (Butterfly) Sunkissed, Autumn Blaze. I then stamped the sentiment in Jet Black dye ink. I decorated the stamped panel with gold glitter tape in the kit and natural twine. For the card base, I used one of the pattern papers in the card kit.

For my second card, I wanted to create a clean and simple card using the new Layered Floral Cover Die A and B (This set is One and Only!!). I die cut the Layered Floral Cover Die A and B from blue shades of card stock, then adhered two layers onto Spicy Yogurt card base using foam tape. For the sentiment, I used the word “Thank you” in the Majestic Bloom die set. I embellished with some enamel dots in the card kit.

Here is one more card with the new card kit! Those flower stamp, elegant frame die, sentiment banner, and beautiful watercoloured pattern paper.. I am so in love with the New Day Card Kit!!

  1. I love what you’ve made with the card kit – love the way you’ve used that frame die cut to around the flower. The teal shades with the plate dies look so beautiful as well. Really lovely cards – thank you for sharing them!

  2. Your cards are great! I love the intricate frame die in the New Day kit. The new Altenew background and alphabet dies are wonderful! Altenew has such unique and clever designs!
Thanks for the chance to win!

  3. Love the colors in your layer card and how it inspires me to try this new technique and products from the release.

  4. Beautiful cards. I’m totally in love with everything in this release from Altenew – especially that floral layering die.

  5. I’m always excited to see your name on blog hop lists because I know I’ll see something beautiful. You came through once again with 3 gorgeous cards. And one looks like something I could actually do with the layering dies. Easy to get amazing results. Thanks!
