Hello crafty friends!
Welcome to MFT February Beautiful Butterflies Card Kit Countdown Day 2.
For today’s card, I made monochromatic butterflies using Versamark embossing ink & black embossing powder in the kit. I stamped solid images from the Beautiful Butterflies set on white paper panel using Gravel Gray hybrid ink. Once the panel was dry, I stamped other details with Versamark embossing ink, then heat embossed with black embossing powder. Next, I die cut rectangle frame from black card stock using the Single Stitch Line Rectangle Frames Die-namics. For the sentiment, I heat embossed it from the You Give Me Butterflies set on the Wild Cherry card stock in white, then die cut it with the Stitched Sentiment Strips Die-namics. After mounting all elements on an A2 sized white card base, I embellished with a few PPP 3mm clear sequins.
Make sure to head over to the MFT blog today for more inspiration from the rest of the design team!
