Hello crafty friends, TGIF!!
Welcome to the second day of the Pretty Pink Posh October Product Release Blog Hop. What an amazing release! Many talented designers are showing all the must have PPP holiday products for you!!
I have two Christmas cards and one Thanksgiving card to share with you today using so wonderful Christmas Friends set, Giving Thanks set, Stitched Pieces die, and Peekaboo Windows dies.
For my first card, I used the Christmas Friends set and Stitched Pieces die. I 1) Die cut the Stitched Pieces from the centre of the watercolour paper panel. 2) Ink blended the die cut panel with Tumbled Glass and Mermaid Lagoon Distress inks using mini ink blending tool. 3) Added opaque white ink splatters to express snowing Christmas! 4) Stamped the cute images from the Christmas Friends set on a separate watercolour paper in VersaFine black pigment ink, coloured them with Peerless watercolors, and then die cut them with the Christmas Friends coordinating dies. 5) The snowy hill is cut with the Stitched Borders 2 dies. 6) Mounted all elements as shown to white card base using foam tape, and then embellished with a few clear sequins.
Here is another Christmas card with the Christmas Friends stamp set. I randomly stamped the images from the set on watercolour paper panel in VersaFine black pigment ink, coloured them with Peerless watercolors. For the sentiment, I used (not-yet-released) Holiday Greetings stamp set.
My last card is Thanksgiving card. I used the Giving Thanks set and Peekaboo Windows dies. I stamped and watercoloured the autumn scene on watercolour paper panel using VersaFine black pigment ink and Peerless watercolors, then mounted the panel on the SSS Burnt Orange card base using foam tape.
Ta-da! There is a hidden sentiment inside the Peekaboo Window!
There are 4 $25 gift certificates up for grabs (two winners each day). Winners will be picked randomly along the blog hop. Comments must be left by 11:59 PM PDT on 10/20/2016. Winners will be announced on the PPP blog. And also there is a FREE gift, not-yet-released Holiday Greetings Stamp Set, with orders over $100.
Your next stop on the hop is super sweet and amazing Joy Taylor. We hope to inspire you with some beautiful cards as you hop along to each of the designer’s blogs!
