Hello crafty friends, happy Thursday!
Today I want to share with you a couple cards that I’ve made using the SSS Summer themed products.
For my first card, I made a fun shaker card with the Suzy’s Sizzling Series Water Color Paintable Prints. I 1) Heat embossed the Flamingos Background Stamp on watercolour paper panel in white, and then coloured the panel with Mustard Seed, Wild Honey Distress inks and a wet flat brush. 2) Watercoloured the pineapple wreath with Distress markers, and then fussy cut it. 3) Adhered the acetate sheet on the back of the pineapple wreath window, and then added assorted bright coloured sequins behind it. 4) Mounted the patterned panel on an A2 sized white card base using double-side tape first, and then added the shaker window, the word “Happy” die cut using foam tape.
Here is another happy card for you! I 1) Die cut the rainbow stripes from white card stock using the Build A Rainbow dies, and then coloured them with Copic markers: R29(red), YR14(orange), Y08(yellow), YG06(green), BG15(blue), V15(purple). 2) Stamped the bicycle, basket, and flowers from the Beautiful Ride set on a separate white card stock in MFT Black Licorice hybrid ink, coloured them with Copic markers, and then die cut them with the matching dies. 3) Stamped the sentiment from the same Beautiful Ride set on black card stock, heat embossed in white. 4) Mounted all elements as shown to the Ivory card base using foam tape. 5) Embellished with a few PPP clear sequins.

You have designed two very cheerful, summery cards! And while I like them both, the one with the bicycle is my favorite. The rainbows are so vibrant and basketful of pretty flowers on the bike add just the right touches! Thanks for sharing it! It definitely brightened by day!
