Hello crafty friends, happy Wednesday!
Today I want to share with you a floral card for My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge 282.
Here is what I came up with:
To create the card, I turned the sketch on its side. First, I made my own colourful flower background with the Pretty Posies stamp set – I stamped them with several colours of hybrid ink. I then die cut the small circles from the panel using the Inside & Out Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics. Along the edge of the panel, I added some natural twine. For the underneath of the floral panel, I ink blended white card base with the rainbow of Distress inks: Festive Berries, Mustard Seed, Mowed Lawn, and Peacock Feathers. I then added some water drops & clear sequins. I mounted the floral panel on the ink blended base using dimensional foam tape.
For the sentiment, I die cut the word “beautiful” from white card stock using the Hello Beautiful Die-namics, and then heat embossed another sentiment, Magical Unicorns stamp set, on black card stock in white.
Thank you so much for stopping by. Happy crafting!!
Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all!
