MFT WSC264 – Wool Ewe Be Mine?

Hello crafty friends!
Today I want to share with you my cute Valentine’s day card for My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge 264.

Here is what I came up with:
YoonsunHur-20160120-MFTWSC264-001To create the card, I 1) Stamped the scene from Ewe Are the Best set onto watercolour paper panel using black pigment ink, then watercoloured them. 2) Stamped the sheep on watercolour paper in pigment black, coloured them with Distress markers and then die cut them with Ewe Are the Best Die-namics. 3) Die cut Prairie Fence from white card stock, then lightly coloured it with Natural dye ink using waterbrush. 4) Mounted all elements as shown to A2 size white card base. 5) Embellished with a few PPP Share Kindness Mixed Sequins.

MFT January Card Kit – Beautiful Blooms

Hello crafty friends, welcome to MFT January Card Kit Beautiful Blooms! Oh. My. Goodness! It is SO awesome!!

Here is what I camp up with:
YoonsunHur-20160119-MFT-JAN-CardKit-001I love making floral themed cards and even white on kraft base!!

I 1) Stamped a lot of flowers and stems from Beautiful Blooms set onto Kraft card base using embossing ink, white heat embossed. 2) Added opaque white ink splatters around the stamped areas. 3) Die cut vases from Wild Wisteria and Lavender Fields card stocks, mounted them under the stamped images using dimensional foam tape, then brushed them with Clear Zig Wink of Stella Glitter Brush. 4) Stamped the sentiment with Black Licorice hybrid ink. 5) Decorated at the bottom of the card with a natural twine.

SSS We Good 2Gether

Hello crafty friends, happy Monday!
Today I want to share with you my fun Valentine’s day cards with SSS Nested Hearts Dies and Monster Hugs stamp set.

Here is what I came up with:
YoonsunHur-20160118-SSS-001To create this card, I placed 4 different sized Nested Hearts on white paper panel, I trimmed it with Stitches Rectangles Die, then die cut them – I used the negative part as a shaker panel. For these cute monsters couple, I stamped the images from Monster Hugs set onto watercolour paper using black pigment ink, coloured them with Distress markers, then die cut them with Monstrocity die.

PPP Birthday Celebration

Hello crafty friends, welcome to the Pretty Pink Posh Birthday Celebration! Wow, Pretty Pink Posh turns 2!!
PPPBirthday_HeaderI am so excited (and so honoured) to be part of an awesome birthday party!! The celebrations will be held over three days and today is the first!

YoonsunHur-20160109-PPP-B001For my first card, I made shaker card with the newly released Mini Star Confetti. First I 1) made my own floral background with MFT So Much Love and Mini Modern Blooms stamp sets. 2) Die cut Stitched Film Strip from white card stock, back it with acetate sheet, then added Mini Star Confetti: (from the top of the shaker frame) Iridescent, gold, and silver. 3) Stamped the cute critters from Holiday Pals set on watercolour paper using black pigment ink, coloured them with Distress markers, then fussy cut them. 4) Mounted all elements as shown to A2 size white card base.

YoonsunHur-20160109-PPP-A001For my second card, I used Storybook 3 die in a creative way. First I stamped the roses from Clearly Besotted Merci Beaucoup set on white paper panel using black pigment ink, added red & black ink splatters. I die cut from the stamped panel using Storybook 3 die – I used a negative panel. On the positive rectangles, I stamped the roses with embossing ink, white heat embossed, then blended them with Distress inks: Festive Berries and Fired Brick for red, Mustard Seed and Wild Honey for yellow, Worn Lipstick and Picked Raspberry for pink panel. I attached the bow, Twine and Bows Dies, at the top of each inked panel – they look like gift boxes. I mounted all elements as shown to A2 size white card base using double-sided tape, then embellished with a few clear sequins.

MFT January Release Replay

 I am focusing on the newly released So Much Love stamp set.

YoonsunHur-20160112-MFT-RR-BothI love making my own patterns with any small stamps and So Much Love set is fully enough to create my own beautiful background!!

MFT-RRFor the repeated pattern stamping, I drew the lines using my ruler and stamped the image from So Much Love set repeatedly along the pencil line using embossing ink, white heat embossed. I then blended on the stamped panel with MFT dye inks using mini blending tool. I spritzed over the panel using Ranger Perfect Pearls Mist.
