Hello crafty friends, happy weekend!
Welcome to the My Favorite Things February Release Countdown Day 4.
Today I am focusing on the new Birdie Brown’s Recipe for Happiness stamp set.
When I saw that stamp set, I wanted to make a fun colourful card. First I stamped the images from Recipe for Happiness set randomly onto watercolour paper panel using black pigment ink, loosely coloured them with Peerless watercolours, then die cut the stitched circle at the centre of the coloured panel using Inside & Out Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics. I stamped the chef on watercolour paper in pigment black, coloured it with Distress markers and then die cut it with Recipe for Happiness Die-namics. For behind the chef, I positioned English Brick Wall Stencil over white card base, then inked up with Natural, Kraft, and Chocolate Brown hybrid inks using sponge daubers.
