My first card, I made baby girl card with Baby Party Animals & Falling Backgrounds Stamp Set. I love no-line watercolouring technique! So, I coloured these adorable critters with distress markers. For the falling hearts background, 1)I stamped falling hearts on the watercolour panel using embossing ink, white heat embossed. 2)I blended the stamped panel with Distress inks Spun Sugar, Dried Marigold, Picked Raspberry using mini blending tool, added some water droplets, white ink splatters. 3)When the panel is dry, I trimmed the inked panel using Stitches Rectangles Die and cut the window from the bottom of the panel, added some sequins.

YoonsunHur-20150424-SSSBlogHop02My second card is baby boy card. I used Baby Party Animals & Falling Backgrounds stamp sets same as my first card but used falling stars instead of falling hearts. For my ombre background, I blended with Distress inks Peacock Feathers, Salty Ocean, Stormy Sky.
YoonsunHur-20150424-SSSBlogHop04Awwww… I am so in love with these super adorable baby animals!! Now, if you’re pregnant, these baby cards are all YOURS!

My last card for the blog hop:
YoonsunHur-20150424-SSSBlogHop05I made my own watercoloured background with Tiny Alphabet backgrounds Stamp. This alphabet background is perfect stamp for making mixed media projects.

For the background, 1)I stamped it on the watercolour panel using embossing ink, white heat embossed. 2)I inked the stamped panel with distress inks (from the top left to bottom right-hand corners) Aged MahoganyTea Dye, Antique Linen, Bundled Sage, Pumice Stone, Victorian Velvet. I then added some water droplets, inked the edges with Vintage Photo.

  1. FUN, FABULOUS & BEAUTIFUL cards Yoonsun – WOW – they’re ALL AWESOME!!!
THANK YOU for sharing your INKY & CREATIVE INSPIRATION :)

  2. The no line watercolor technique is just stunning with these images and I love the combination of the colors, the gold, the feathers, and the stamping technique in your last card.

  3. Love your cute shaker card and the feather card. Uniwue to stamp the feathers with the same design and let it fade into the background.

  4. Yoonsun, your cards are BEAUTIFUL! I love your watercoloring – you always do a fantastic job. I especially love the last card, with the more fall-ish colors and feathers. Thank you!

  5. Gorgeous cards! I love the watercolored background on the feather card. Those baby animals are so adorable.Love the background stamps on those also. I can see a lot of stuff being added to my wish list!

  6. Wowza! *Love* your cards! I can’t pick a favorite. Your pink card with the Baby Party Animals, Falling Hearts background with the shaker bling is just wonderful! Beautiful watercolor technique on that beauty. The Baby Party Animals celebrating among the Falling Stars in the blue night sky is festive and fun. You really created a great watercolor background on the Thank you card with the Tiny Alphabet stamp. The light background around the feathers creates a glowing effect, a perfect backdrop for the Thanks sentiment. So pretty!
