Flowers are my all time favourite stamp set!! I 1) Stamped flowers and leaves from the Lovely Spring Stamp Set onto the watercolour paper using SSS dye inks, trimmed it with Stitches Rectangles Die. 2) Die cut square window from the centre of the stamped panel using Stitches Squares Die, placed the sentiment panel. 3) Mounted the stamped panel to the white card base. 4) Embellished with a few clear sequins.

SSS Hello Cards

Hello crafty friends, are you having a great weekend?
Today I am sharing with you my summery cards with SSS Splash of Color ‘Hello’ die!

YoonsunHur-20150809-SSS-Hello01For my first card, I made a subtle tone-on-tone background. I 1) Die cut ‘Hello‘ word from the white card stock (10 times) and then adhered them on the white panel, added pearl gold ink splatters. 2) Die cut ‘Hello‘ from the Lemon Chiffon, Sea Glass, Green Apple card stocks (3 times each), made thicker die cuts. 3) Mounted them as shown to the Fog Gray card base. 4) Embellished with PPP clear sequins.

YoonsunHur-20150809-SSS-Hello03For my second card, I used ‘Hello‘ negative panel. 1) I positioned ‘Hello’ word die on the white panel and die cut 3 times -I kept my positive pieces for future projects. 2) For my own watercolour background, I coloured on the watercolour paper with MFT Lemon Drop, Sour Apple, Summer Splash dye inks using a wet paintbrush, added white ink splatters. 3) I adhered the die-cut panel to the watercolour panel using dimensional foam tape. 4) I added small sentiment banner, white thread, and enamel dots for finishing touches.

SSS The Color of Fun – Fruity background

Hello, hello!! Are you guys having fun in this summer?
Today I want to share with you my own fruity background with Simon Says Stamp The Color of Fun released products.

I used Cone Building Stamp Set in a creative way! There are a lot of apples in my first card :DYoonsunHur-20150716-SSS-02To create the card, 1)I randomly stamped a circle image from Cone Building Stamp Set on the white card stock using Hero Arts Neon Red dye ink and then stamped leaves from Summer Garden Stamp Set using SSS Spring Rain and Audrey Blue dye inks, small dots from My Sunshine Stamp Set using SSS Sunshine dye ink. 2)I trimmed the stamped panel with SSS Stitches Rectangles Die and then mounted it on the SSS Schoolhouse Red card stock. 3)I drew the white lines using Sakura white gel pen.

YoonsunHur-20150716-SSS-01It is the same technique with my first card here, but there are a lot of fresh lemons not apples :D

To create this card, 1)I randomly stamped a circle from Cone Building Stamp Set on the white panel using Sunshine dye ink, leaves from One With Nature Stamp Set using SSS Spring Rain and Audrey Blue dye inks, tiny triangles from Cone Building Stamp Set using Audrey Blue, Lemon Chiffon dye inks. 2)I then mounted the stamped panel on the SSS Sunshine card stock. 3)I drew the white lines using white gel pen.

Fruity background is perfect for the summer right?! Want to stay cool this summer? Oh yes!! Simon Says Stamp Splash of Color release is coming very soon and it will definitely be so cool!!

wed-challenge-badge_zpsf506d7eeThis week’s theme is Anything Goes!

Here is what I came up with:
YoonsunHur-20150624-SSSWC01Bright sunshine, fresh fruits, and yummy ice cream cone… I love the summer as well because I love ice cream! Yay!!

To create the card, I used Lila’s Heart combined with newly released Cone Building Stamp set. 1)For the focal point, I coloured the girl with Distress markers. Then, I stamped the cone with Distress ink Vintage Photo, brushed it using water brush. I then stamped the solid circle image with Rosie Cheeks, Spring Rain, Sunshine dye inks -I made 3 small scoops of ice cream :D
YoonsunHur-20150624-SSSWC02It is my last week for participating in Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. I was SO happy to be able to participate in this awesome team during this month!
