SSS Christmas Card 4

Hello crafty friends!
My Christmas cards today, I used the SSS Outline Snowflakes background stamp along with other SSS Christmas-themed dies.

I die cut 4 x 5.25″ Wonky Rectangle panel from watercolour paper first, and then heat embossed Outline Snowflakes on that panel with gold embossing powder. I ink blended on the stamped panel with Candied Apple, Fired Brick, Wild Honey Distress inks, and then spritzed all over the inked panel with silver shimmer spray & opaque white ink spray.
I die cut different sized snowflakes from white & glitter white card stock using Alicia Snowflake, Rina Snowflake, and Stitched Flakes dies, and then layered them using foam tape. I also die cut the word “merry” from white card stock.
Once the background panel was completely dry, I mounted the panel on Ivory card base using Glue Dots Permanent Tape Runner first, and then added all elements on the card using foam tape.

Here is another card with the Outline Snowflakes background stamp. For this card, I heat embossed snowflakes on watercolour paper panel with white embossing powder, and then ink blended with Seedless Preserves, Faded Jeans, Mermaid Lagoon, Tea DyePumice Stone Distress inks.
For layering snowflakes, I used Eliza Snowflake, Kate Snowflake, and Stitched Flakes dies.
For the sentiment, I used the Tiny Words Christmas stamp set.

Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a wonderful day!

Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all!

I die cut a bear from white heat embossed panel using the Critter Sweaters die, then applied Candied Apple Distress ink to the stamped areas as shown in the picture. I adhered sentiment panel on white card base first, and then adhered a bear in its place using foam tape.
I decorated a card front with snowflakes, jingle bell as well.

SSS Christmas Card 2

Hello crafty friends, happy Saturday!
Today I have a couple of Christmas cards with some Simon Says Stamp old products: Magical Christmas, Poinsettia, and Big Scripty Greetings Holiday set.
For my first card, I used the Magical Christmas set along with the Poinsettia set.
I started by die cutting an A2 sized rectangle panel from Fog Gray card stock. I heat embossed poinsettia patterns with white embossing powder, then inked to the panel with Pumice Stone Distress ink. I added opaque white ink splatters as well.
I stamped & coloured reindeer from the Magical Christmas set on watercolour paper using Candied Apple Distress ink, die cut it with the matching die. For the sentiment, I die cut the word “Blessed” from glitter gold card stock, heat embossed the word “Christmas” on black card stock in white.

For my second card, I used the Poinsettia set along with the Big Scripty Greetings Holiday stamp set.
Like my first card, I created my own background using the Big Scripty Greetings Holiday stamp set. Next, I stamped poinsettia & leaves on white card stock using Memento Tuxedo Black dye ink, coloured them with Altenew Artist Markers Set A, then die cut them with the matching dies.

Red & grey is one of my favourite colour palettes to make Christmas cards! :D

Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a wonderful weekend!

Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all!

SSS Christmas Card 1

Blessed Sunday, crafty friends!
From today till November, I will share Christmas projects (mostly cards or tags) using various Simon’s stamp & die sets – we need to create a lot of Christmas and winter holiday cards, right?!!
For my first card, I used the Christmas Town Stamp Set.
I die cut Wonky Rectangle panel from watercolour paper first, and then stamped a Christmas town & sentiment on it using VersaFine Onyx Black – I used a Post-It Notes for masking. I then coloured the stamped images using Hero Arts Watercolor Wheel.
Once the watercoloured panel was completely dry, I mounted it on kraft card base using Glue Dots Permanent Tape Runner. I then added white ink splatters using Altenew Pure White Ink Spray, snow flakes using Stitched Flakes die, snow flake sequins using Frosty Snow Sequins.

For my second Christmas card, I used the Winter Scene Stamp Set.
I stamped Christmas lights, reindeers, trees, sentiment on Wonky Rectangle watercolour panel using VersaFine Onyx Black first, and then watercoloured them. To Christmas lights, I applied Tonic Strawberry Coulis & Ivory Seashell Nuvo Crystal Drops.

I hope you’ve enjoyed my winter holiday cards today. I will bring another SSS Christmas cards soon!

Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a wonderful day!

Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all!

SSS Fun and Festive Release Blog Hop

Happy Friday, crafty friends! I’m so excited to be a part of the Simon Says Stamp Fun and Festive Release Blog Hop! You may be starting the hop here or coming from Yana’s blog and seeing her amazing cards, either way I hope you enjoy all the fabulous inspiration from the hop!

Yay! I enjoy this time of the year the best! It is quite clear that we will be a busy bee creating Christmas cards in the fall/winter season. :D

For my first card, I used the Therefore Background Stamp along with the Dancing Deer & Rina Snowflake Dies. I stamped script sentiment on watercolour paper panel using VersaFine Onyx Black. I then roughly watercoloured to the stamped panel using Altenew Watercolor 36 Pan Set, added opaque white ink splatters.
I die cut Dancing Deer from glitter white card stock & Rina Snowflakes from white card stock. Once the background panel was dry, I mounted the panel on white card base using double-sided tape first, and then added all others using foam tape.

For my second card, I used the Mod Trees Background Stamp along with the CZ Design Merry Die & Winter Scene Set. I stamped Mod Trees on watercolour paper using light coloured dye ink first, and then trimmed it with Stitched Rectangle panel die. I then watercoloured over the stamped images. For the sentiment, I used the CZ Design Merry Dies.
I stamped & watercoloured deers & trees from the Winter Scene set, die cut them with the matching dies, and then adhered them between sentiments using foam tape.

I’m a classic red, green, kraft and white Christmas colour combo type of person, what about you?
