SSS Remembering you in my prayers

Hello crafty friends! Hope your day is filled with lots of joy and happiness.
Today I have a watercoloured encouragement card with the SSS Blossoming Stamp Set. I played with a recently released set!
I die cut a 4.25″ x 5.5″ rectangle panel from watercolour paper using the Basic Rectangles Die Set. I then cut the top part of this watercolour panel using the Wavy Scallop Stitches Die, inked up with Antique Linen Distress Ink.
I stamped a beautiful blossom tree from the Blossoming Set in VersaFine Onyx Black. I stamped little birdies around the tree as well. To colour the image I used Hero Arts Watercolor Wheel & Distress Markers with a fine paint brush. I also added lots of ink splatters.
Once the panel was dry, I mounted two panels, watercoloured & inked scallop, on white card base using double-sided tape first, and then added the white heat embossed sentiment using foam tape. To finish it off, I embellished with a few clear sequins.

SSS Easter Eggs

Happy Monday, crafty friends. I hope you had a great weekend!
Today I have a couple of Easter egg cards with the SSS Filigree Egg & Oval of Flowers Dies.
For my first card, I used the Filigree Egg Die. I die cut the Stitched Rectangle Panel from watercolour paper, then die cut the Filigree Egg from this Stitched Rectangle Panel as well. I ink blended the Filigree Egg panel with some Distress Inks: (from the top left corner) Antique Linen, Scattered Straw, Crushed Olive, Tumbled Glass, Tattered Rose, Victorian Velvet – love these soft colours. :D
I die cut several Believe & Love words from Fog Gray card stock, adhered them onto the same coloured Fog Gray card base using fine tip glue pen. Tone-on-tone textured background is one of my favourite techniques!
For the sentiment, I used the Believe Dies & the Tiny Words Faith Stamp Set.

For my second Easter egg card, I used the Oval of Flowers Die. I die cut the Stitched Rectangle Panel from white card stock, and then applied the Oval of Flowers Die from the centre of the panel. Next, I coloured all die cut pieces using alcohol markers, and then adhered all pieces inside the opening with fine tip glue pen.
With some flower petals & leaves, I adhered them using foam tape, then added glossy accents as shown in the picture.

Both floral Easter eggs are so beautiful!!

SSS Bunny Wishes

Hello crafty friends!
Today I want to share with you a couple of cute bunny cards using the new SSS Bunny Wishes Stamp & Die Set.
For my first card, I made a birthday bunny card. I stamped Bunny (with balloons) & chick from the Bunny Wishes Set on white card stock using Memento Tuxedo Black dye ink, coloured them with the Altenew Artist Markers, and then die cut them with the matching dies.
I die cut the Stitched Whirl Panel from white card stock, then added clouds using the Clouds For Days Stencil. For the sentiment, I used the Simple Sentiments 2 Stamp Set.

For my second card, I made a simple baby card with the Bunny Wishes Stamp & Die Set.
I simply stamped a cute image with black dye ink, coloured them with alcohol markers, and then die cut them with matching dies. I lightly inked up the card front with Tattered Rose Distress Ink, stamped the sentiments, and then adhered all coloured images using foam tape.

SSS Fresh Bloom Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Happy, happy Saturday, crafty friends!

My card today, I am featuring gorgeous Outline Floral Cross Die & Pretty Peonies Background Stamp along with other SSS products.
I started by stamping the Pretty Peonies Background onto watercolour paper panel using VersaFine Onyx Black. I then watercoloured the stamped images with Hero Arts Watercolor Wheel.
Once the panel was dry, I die cut Stitched Circle from the right side of the coloured panel. I die cut the Outline Floral Cross from thick white card stock as well. I heat embossed the sentiment from the Tiny Words Faith Set on kraft card stock in white, trimmed it with the Nested Banners Die, inked up with Vintage Photo Distress ink. I LOVE the new Tiny Words Faith Stamp Set so much. It is a MUST HAVE!!
I mounted floral panel on white card base using double-sided tape first, and then added all elements using foam tape.

SSS Fruity Thanks

Hello crafty friends!
Today I have a fun watercolour “Thanks” card with the SSS Fruit From the Heart Stamp Set.
This set has several solid fruit images along with many great “Thanks” sentiments but, I just wanted to make watercolour “Thanks” card with these solid fruit images.

I started by die cutting 4.25″ x 5.5″ watercolour paper panel using the Basic Rectangles Die Set. I then randomly stamped solid fruit images on watercolour panel using light coloured dye ink – I always used Altenew Sand Dunes Dye Ink.
After inked panel was dry, I painted over the stamped images with Hero Arts Watercolor Wheel – all fruits get the right colours! :D I stamped tiny sentiments from the Fruit From the Heart Set between fruits using VersaFine Onyx Black. For the main sentiment, I used the Big Thanks Die Set.
