SSS STAMPtember® Merry Christmas

Hello crafty friends, happy STAMPtember!
Wow, I can’t believe that today is the last day of the STAMPtember. Time sure flies! But this isn’t the end of it. We will continue to make cards or something with the STAMPtember goodies especially the Christmas projects, right?!! So today I have a Christmas card to share with you using the Merry Christmas stamp set.
yoonsunhur-20160930-sss-001Oh, I love this Merry Christmas sentiment so much! It’s so beautiful and elegant. I heat embossed the sentiment from the Merry Christmas set on watercolour paper panel in white, and then added some Christmas red colours of Distress ink: Festive Berries and Fired Brick. For the shaker window, I used the Stitches Rectangles dies.
yoonsunhur-20160930-sss-002I mounted the shaker panel on the Lipstick Red card base using foam tape, and then decorated the card front with some snowflake die cuts using the Stitched Flakes dies.
yoonsunhur-20160930-sss-003I truly appreciate you taking time out of your day to stop by. Have a fabulous day!!

Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all!

Pretty Pink Posh August Release Blog Hop

Hello crafty friends, happy Thursday!!
Welcome to the Pretty Pink Posh August Product Release Blog Hop! You should have arrived from amazingly talented Joni Andaya.
PPP-August-Bloghop-BannerToday I want to share my cards with the adorable new stamp sets along with other new Pretty Pink Posh goodies. PPP sequins always enhance my projects and the August release is no exception!!

YoonsunHur-20160811-PPP-A001For my first card, I used the new Camping Friends Stamp Set & Coordinating Dies. For the starry night background, I white heat embossed the moon and tiny stars from the set onto watercolour paper panel, then ink blended on it with Mermaid Lagoon, Faded Jeans, and Seedless Preserves Distress inks using mini ink blending tool. I then added Perfect Pearls Mist and opaque white ink splatters. For the ground, I ink blended with Vintage Photo and Walnut Stain Distress inks. Next, I stamped the images from the set on a separate watercolour paper in VersaFine Onyx Black, watercoloured them with Distress markers, and then die cut them with the coordinating dies. Once the panel was completely dry, I mounted it on an A2 sized white card base using double-sided tape first, and then added all elements as shown to the card front using foam tape. I embellished with a few 3mm PPP clear sequins.
YoonsunHur-20160811-PPP-A002Camping under the stars, that’s a very exciting thing to think about!!

YoonsunHur-20160811-PPP-B001For my second card, I used the new Blissful Butterflies Stamp Set & Stitched Hexagons Dies. I love to create something beautiful and LOVE butterflies!! First, I randomly stamped the butterflies from the Blissful Butterflies set on watercolour paper panel using VersaMark Embossing ink, heat embossed them in white. I then watercoloured over the heat embossed images with Peerless watercolors and a wet flat brush. I added white ink splatters. Next, I die cut the Stitched Hexagon from heavy white card stock, stamped the sentiment on it in black ink. I stamped the butterflies on a separate white card stock in black, then fussy cut them. Once the watercoloured panel was dry, I mounted it on an A2 sized white card base using double-sided tape first, and then added all elements as shown to the card front using foam tape. I embellished with a few PPP clear sequins.
YoonsunHur-20160811-PPP-B002
YoonsunHur-20160811-PPP-C001For my last card, I used the new Fox Friends Stamp Set & Coordinating Dies – Those foxes are so darling!! I simply stamped all three foxes from the set on watercolour paper in VersaFine Onyx Black, coloured them with Distress markers, and then die cut them with the coordinating dies. I stacked up foxes (as shown in the picture) using foam tape, and then added black sentiment, I used the Camping Friends stamp set, banner over them.
YoonsunHur-20160811-PPP-C002To finish it off, I embellished with a few Pewter Sequins (4mm, 6mm).

Pretty Pink Posh and Avery Elle Collaboration Blog Hop

Hello crafty friends, welcome to the Pretty Pink Posh and Avery Elle Collaboration Blog Hop Day 2! You should have arrived from Avery Elle blog.
PPP-AE-BlogHop-Banner
My card today, I used the Avery Elle Stoked stamp set along with the PPP dies and sequins.
YoonsunHur-20160719-PPP001To start, I created my own colourful background with the PPP Stitched Borders 2 die. I divided the A2 sized watercolour paper panel into five pieces using the PPP Stitched Border die, then inked each of them with Distress inks using mini ink blending tool: (from the top) Festive Berries, Mustard Seed, Mowed Lawn, Peacock Feathers, and Seedless Preserves. I put the pieces together using double-sided tape, then added water droplets. Next, I die cut the stitched fishtail banner from watercolour paper using the PPP Stitched Banner Duo die, stamped the drummer from the Avery Elle Stoked set on it in VersaFine Onyx Black. After colouring the drummer with Distress markers, I cut one of the drum images out using a craft knife, fill a circle with the PPP Silver Mini Star Confetti, then decorated around it with the PPP 4mm Clear Droplets for more fun! I mounted two panels as shown to white card base using dimensional foam tape, then added the speech bubble sentiments.

Hello crafty friends, happy Thursday!
Today I want to share with you my wedding card with so beautiful Clearly Besotted To Have & To Hold Stamp Set.
YoonsunHur-20160609-CBesotted-001CBesotted-ToHave-ToHoldThe wedding season is in full swing and the cards with these outlined lilies & sentiments can make all beautiful June brides so happy!!
YoonsunHur-20160609-CBesotted-002To create the card, I randomly stamped the flowers from the To Have & To Hold set on white paper panel using SSS Fog Gray dye ink. Next, I stamped the lilies on a separate watercolour paper using Tattered Rose Distress ink, coloured them with Tattered Rose, Worn Lipstick, and Festive Berries Distress inks using waterbrush – I used no-line watercoloring technique. I added the Perfect Pearls Mist all over the coloured panel. Once dry the panel, I stamped the sentiment with VersaFine Onyx Black. For the pink scallop frame, I die cut the frame from white card stock using the PPP Scallop Frames Dies, then inked it with Worn Lipstick Distress ink using a mini ink blending tool. Finally, I mounted all elements as shown to A2 white card base using dimensional foam tape, then embellished with a few PPP clear sequins.

Pretty Pink Posh May Release Blog Hop

Hello crafty friends, happy Thursday!!
Welcome to the Pretty Pink Posh May Product Release Blog Hop! You should have arrived from Pretty Pink Posh blog.
PPP-20160512-BHop-BannerMy sweet friend Paulina, the owner of the Pretty Pink Posh, is certainly one of the most influential people in the papercraft industry. Her sequins always make my projects brighter and prettier and the newly released rose gold & rainbow sequins are no exceptions!! The more I see those bright and colourful sequins, the happier I become!
YoonsunHur-20160512-PPP-B001So my first project is tag trio with the new Stitched Essentials 1 dies and matching coloured sequins. First, I ink blended on white card stock with Distress inks using a mini blending tool: (Yellow) Squeezed Lemonade and Wild Honey / (Red) Festive Berries and Fired Brick / (Green) Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn. I then die cut them with the Stitched Essentials 1 dies, cut the window to each tag for making shaker tags. I used the 4mm Sunshine Glow for the yellow tag, 4mm Strawberry Burst & Fairytale Fuchsia for the red tag, and then 4mm Peridot Mist and Ocean Spray for the green one. I am so in love with those tiny sparkles!!
YoonsunHur-20160512-PPP-B004For these adorable chicks, I used the Birdie Friends stamp set. I stamped it on watercolour paper with Antique Linen Distress ink, coloured it with Squeezed Lemonade and Fossilized Amber Distress markers.
YoonsunHur-20160512-PPP-B003For this cute bunny, I used the Holiday Pals stamp set. I stamped it with Pumice Stone Distress ink, coloured it with Pumice Stone and Worn Lipstick Distress markers.
YoonsunHur-20160512-PPP-B002This cute dog is from the Holiday Pals stamp set as well. I stamped it with Antique Linen Distress ink, then coloured it with Brushed CorduroyVintage Photo, and Worn Lipstick Distress markers.

YoonsunHur-20160512-PPP-A001For my second card, I gathered the new sequins in one card. First, I die cut the windows from white card stock using Storybook 4 die five times – I used the negative panels – and then glue them together, mounted this thick window panel (like the foam panel) on A2 white card base using double-sided tape. I then put in the sequins shown as the picture. Next, I die cut the Storybook 4 from the yellow coloured MFT County Fair Plaid pattern paper, back it with acetate sheet – ready for the shaker front – then covered the sequins. For the sentiment, I used the Rainy Days stamp set
