nature-challengeI love watercolouring and Hero Arts newly released Your Own Cactus Stamp set so much!

Here is what I came up with:
YoonsunHur-20150311-01OH YES! I am crazy about no-line watercolouring! It is SO fun!!

To create this card, 1)I stamped cacti & pots on the watercolour paper panel using Distress Ink Antique Linen. I used post-it note to mask stamped images to stamp cacti overlapping. 2)Colouring!! I coloured stamped images with Distress markers using Detailer Waterbrushcacti: Mowed Lawn, Peeled Paint, Evergreen Bough, Pine NeedlesForest Moss / cactus flowers: Barn Door, Aged Mahogany / pots: Vintage Photo, Gathered TwigsRusty Hinge / floor: Pumice Stone. 3)For the sentiment: I stamped it with Distress Ink Vintage Photo and smudged it with fresh water. 4)Sparkly clear sequins were the finishing touches.

YoonsunHur-20150311-02YoonsunHur-20150311-03I am also entering: Fabulous Kathy‘s 30 DAY COLORING CHALLENGE!

YoonsunHur-20150306-01For my card today, I used Hero Arts Your Own Cactus Stamp set as my main supply. Oh my… I love this stamp set so much! I really do!! 1)I stamped cacti on the watercolour panel using VersaFine Onyx Black. I used sticky note to mask the pots to stamp cacti overlapping. 2)Once dry, I applied a bit of fresh water using wide paint brush first and then blended with colours. I used Distress inks Mustard Seed, Bundled Sage, Evergreen Bough, Mowed Lawn, Peeled Paint, Tumbled Glass, Peacock Feathers, Broken China when I coloured onto the panel. 3)For the sentiments, I stamped them using VersaFine Onyx Black and clear heat embossed. 4)Sparkly clear sequins, star wood veneer, some stitches were the finishing touches.

Totally Awesome

Hello folks! I just want to share my cards with Hero Arts Totally Stamp set -it is definitely one of my favourite stamp set!!

My first card here:
20150109-STAR-EN-01
20150109-STAR-P01

Originally there are several building silhouettes in one stamp but, I wanted to stamp each with different colours. So, I cut and made 5 separate building stamps lol! I then used some post-it notes to mask the building images to stamp them overlapping.

20150109-STAR-EN-10I stamped buildings with several Simon Says Stamp dye inks from the bottom of the panel. I love, love, love all different coloured buildings!

20150109-STAR-EN-03
My second card called ‘Nightscape’
20150109-STAR-EN-04Imagine the city lights at night… What a romantic it is! Totally Awesome!!

20150109-STAR-EN-05

To create the background inside the window, I blended several Distress inks -Tumbled Glass, Peacock Feathers, Faded Jeans, and Seedless Preserves- using blending tool and spritzed a bit of water, Prima Bloom Pearl White, and Studio Calico Opaque White.

20150109-STAR-EN-06

My last card called ‘Watercolour Mist’
20150109-STAR-EN-07To create the background, I drew the circle lines in rainbow order, and blended the colours using detailer waterbrush. It is quite easy watercolour technique :D

20141126-01I created a shaker tag using Hero Arts Snow Much Joy Stamp. I stamped the adorable snowman in Memento Tuxedo Black and coloured it using Copic markers. I then die cut Papertrey Ink Shaker Shapes Circle from white cardstock and added some 4mm clear sequins and glitters!
