SSS Christmas Tree Shaker Cards

Happy Thursday crafty friends!
I have a couple of Christmas tree shaker cards today using some SSS tree window dies: Birch Circle & Tree Frame.
This is what I made in December last year. I love making snowy winter scene with tree window dies so I couldn’t resist making another beautiful winter night scene this year!

Here is what I came up with:
For this card, I used the Birch Circle die along with other SSS products.
I die cut the Stitched Whirl Background from cream card stock, and also die cut the Birch Circle window from the same coloured cream paper panel.
For the snowy night scene, I ink blended to the Stitched Whirl Background panel with Peacock Feathers, Faded Jeans, and Seedless Preserves Distress inks.
I stamped deers, house, trees from the Winter Scene set on watercolour paper using VersaFine Onyx Black, coloured them with Hero Arts Watercolor Wheel, and then die cut them with the matching dies. I die cut tiny snowflakes from white card stock using the Stitched Flakes die as well. I adhered the acetate behind the Birch Circle window, added coarse glitterssparkling clear sequins to the centre of the Stitched Whirl Background panel, and then covered the Birch Circle window panel.
I decorated the card front with some snowflake die cuts, watercoloured objects.
For the sentiment, I used the Tiny Words Christmas Stamp Set.

Here is another Christmas tree shaker card with the Tree Frame die. I used the same technique like my first card here.
I love this intricate tree frame die so much!

Thank you so much for stopping by. Happy crafting!!

Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all!

SSS Picture Book Dinos

Hello crafty friends, happy Wednesday!
As you already know, the Simon has awesome Picture Book animal dies, and recently added dinos in their Picture Book series – they are so cute and perfect sets for the boy cards!!
(From the top left) Picture Book Turtle, Brontosaurus, Pterodactyl, T-Rex, Stegosaurus, Dino.

Here is what I came up with:
It’s easy to make, and it will take only about 30 minutes! I die cut and layered the word “Dude“. I then die cut Picture Book Dinos from coloured card stocks, adhered them to white card base using double-sided tape.
It was so fun to make!! I love the Simon Picture Book series so much. I just wanna make a children’s picture book with them someday in the future.

Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a wonderful day!

SSS Simple floral die cards

Hello crafty friends, TGIF!
I have a couple of simple floral die cards today with some Simon Says Stamp floral themed dies: Elegant Roses, Circle Leaves, Twinkle Flower Circle, and etc.

Guys! Have you ever seen this beautiful card? It’s from Pam Sparks (She is AMAZING!!). When I saw it, I INSTANTLY fell in love with it!! So, my cards today I was totally, yes! totally, inspired by her! Oh, it’s so super stunning, isn’t it?!!

Here is my take on her card design:
To created the card, I 1) Die cut 4.25 x 5 inches Basic Rectangle Panel from watercolour paper. 2) Die cut Circle Leaves from the centre of watercolour paper panel. 3) Die cut the larger Elegant Rose from watercolour paper. 4) Watercoloured rose & leaves die cuts with Pinkfresh Studio Liquid Watercolors. 5) Die cut the word “Thanks” from white card stock.  6) Stamped the sentiment “so so much” from the CZ Design Love You Like set on the bottom part of the Circle Leaves panel using VersaFine Onyx Black. 7) Mounted the watercoloured Circle Leaves panel on kraft card base using double-sided tape first, added all elements as shown in the picture using foam tape.

Here is a closer look:

For my second card, I used the Twinkle Flower Circle, Believe, Flickering Butterflies dies. I tried to create a peaceful night background using blue watercolors.

MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge Week 3

Hello crafty friends!
I’m back again with another floral card with the MFT August release products: Rolled Rose and Grand Greenery Die-namics.

Here is my take on the Sketch 398:
MFT constantly provides so many beautiful 3D flowers and the August Rolled Rose is, without a doubt, a gorgeous as well as the old ones. I die cut the Rolled Rose from various shades of pink papers, and die cut the Grand Greenery from earth tones paper as well. I rolled & made flowers, and then adhered them with leaves on Primitive White card base using foam tape. I added stamens inside the rolled roses. For the sentiment, I used the Fluttering Friends stamp set.

Make sure to check out the MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge HERE for all the details and inspiration from the MFT Design Team!
