SSS Christmas Card 3

Happy Sunday crafty friends!
Today I have another winter holiday cards with Simon Says Stamp Critter Sweaters Stamp & Die Set – it’s so cute!!

Here is what I came up with:
I die cut 4.25 x 5.5″ rectangle panel from watercolour paper using the Basic Rectangles die set first, and then heat embossed Christmas sweater patterns on the bottom part of the watercolour panel using white embossing powder.
I die cut a bear from white heat embossed panel using the Critter Sweaters die, then applied Candied Apple Distress ink to the stamped areas as shown in the picture. I adhered sentiment panel on white card base first, and then adhered a bear in its place using foam tape.
I decorated a card front with snowflakes, jingle bell as well.

Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a wonderful weekend!

Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all!

SSS Christmas Card 2

Hello crafty friends, happy Saturday!
Today I have a couple of Christmas cards with some Simon Says Stamp old products: Magical Christmas, Poinsettia, and Big Scripty Greetings Holiday set.
For my first card, I used the Magical Christmas set along with the Poinsettia set.
I started by die cutting an A2 sized rectangle panel from Fog Gray card stock. I heat embossed poinsettia patterns with white embossing powder, then inked to the panel with Pumice Stone Distress ink. I added opaque white ink splatters as well.
I stamped & coloured reindeer from the Magical Christmas set on watercolour paper using Candied Apple Distress ink, die cut it with the matching die. For the sentiment, I die cut the word “Blessed” from glitter gold card stock, heat embossed the word “Christmas” on black card stock in white.

For my second card, I used the Poinsettia set along with the Big Scripty Greetings Holiday stamp set.
Like my first card, I created my own background using the Big Scripty Greetings Holiday stamp set. Next, I stamped poinsettia & leaves on white card stock using Memento Tuxedo Black dye ink, coloured them with Altenew Artist Markers Set A, then die cut them with the matching dies.

Red & grey is one of my favourite colour palettes to make Christmas cards! :D

Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a wonderful weekend!

Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all!

SSS Christmas Card 1

Blessed Sunday, crafty friends!
From today till November, I will share Christmas projects (mostly cards or tags) using various Simon’s stamp & die sets – we need to create a lot of Christmas and winter holiday cards, right?!!
For my first card, I used the Christmas Town Stamp Set.
I die cut Wonky Rectangle panel from watercolour paper first, and then stamped a Christmas town & sentiment on it using VersaFine Onyx Black – I used a Post-It Notes for masking. I then coloured the stamped images using Hero Arts Watercolor Wheel.
Once the watercoloured panel was completely dry, I mounted it on kraft card base using Glue Dots Permanent Tape Runner. I then added white ink splatters using Altenew Pure White Ink Spray, snow flakes using Stitched Flakes die, snow flake sequins using Frosty Snow Sequins.

For my second Christmas card, I used the Winter Scene Stamp Set.
I stamped Christmas lights, reindeers, trees, sentiment on Wonky Rectangle watercolour panel using VersaFine Onyx Black first, and then watercoloured them. To Christmas lights, I applied Tonic Strawberry Coulis & Ivory Seashell Nuvo Crystal Drops.

I hope you’ve enjoyed my winter holiday cards today. I will bring another SSS Christmas cards soon!

Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a wonderful day!

Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all!

Waffle Flower: Christmas Tree

Happy Tuesday, crafty friends!
I have a couple of fun Christmas tree cards today using the Waffle Flower Christmas Tree Stamp & (so inventive) Pull-tab Tree Die.

Here is what I came up with:

I die cut Pull Tab Tree base & other elements from Green Apple card stock first, and then assembled them followed the video tutorial. I die cut snowflakes from white card stock using several Simon’s snowflake dies: Rina, Kate, Stitched Flakes.
Look at this adorable interactive Christmas tree!
Here is another pull tab tree card! I heat embossed sentiment, snow, stars from the Christmas Tree set on the tree base with white embossing powder, and then ink blended with Twisted Citron and Evergreen Bough Distress inks. I then adhered pull-tab tree on wood patterned panel.
I added tiny snowflakes and jingle bells.

Thank you so much for stopping by. Happy crafting.

Keep smiling and be blessed. God bless you all.
