You are my STAR!

Hello folks,
Today, I want to show you my two different version with one stamp card :D

Let me show you the first card here:
20140711-01I chose absolutely gorgeous Hero Arts Constellation Background stamp for this card. It is really beautiful!!

I heat embossed on the white cardstock using Ranger Embossing Powder Seaform White at first and then sponged onto it using several colour Distress inks. I then spritzed fresh water onto the background paper for making watercolour look. For sentiment, I used On Target Stamp by Mama Elephant and added some gold shape sequins as an embellishment. OH! finally I stamped Korean letters in black between constellation. I have Korean letter – Korean is my first language –  stamp sets and they are so adorable! Combining the letters in this card means ‘I LOVE YOU’ :D

Here is a detailed view:

And…. one more card here:
20140711-03It is kind of a masculine card although there is a glitter butterfly :D

I heat embossed on the white paper in gold and silver. For sentiment I chose Simply Fabulous Sayings MFT Stamps and then heat embossed on the vellum paper in black. I added a glitter butterfly and several enamel dots for finishing touch.

Blooming Today!

Hello folks,
Today, I made my friend’s birthday card with gorgeous Blooming stamps by Clearly Besotted. I love flower stamps very much indeed!!

Here is my card:
20140630-01
I like yellow and grey colour combinations. It looks so modern, clean, and bold :D

I stamped roses, leaves, and several different sized circles as background patterns in VersaFine Pigment Ink Smokey Grey at first and stamped one rose in yellow stand out in other petals. I then chose ‘Hello beautiful’ sentiment from Simon Says Stamp Summer Garden and heat embossed it with Ranger Embossing Powder Seaform White. At the bottom of the card, I sponged white cardstock in Distress Ink Mustard Seed and added water splatters for fun!

20140630-02Oh! one more main part of my supplies! I used ‘Zig Wink of Stella Glitter Brush Clear’ on the yellow rose petals.

Runway Inspired ric#62 – ADEAM

Hi folks,
Phew… my hectic days are GONE! (making cards for Gallery Idol contest) :D And now… what am I going to do? Take a nap, grab some coffee, or watching movies? My answer to that would be, making another card LOL!!

I’ve been wanting to challenge ‘Runway Inspired Challenge’ for a long time. Making card in combination with fashion is very interesting!

Here is my card:
20140620-01I love deep blue and white colour combinations. So, I chose ‘Studio Calico Color Theory Ink Deja Blue‘ for making deep blue colour panel and sponged on the white paper at first. I then made several water splatters using watercolour brush. I cut with the ‘Simon Says Stamp Butterfly Drift Craft Die‘ and mounted onto the deep blue panel with adhesive. Affixing butterflies onto the panel, I adhered them partially because, I wanted to show you butterflies fluttering their wings :D

BUTTERFLY DIE CARD

Hello folks,
I was so impressed Laura Sterckx’s watercolour card at Bonus Day of Watercolor Card Makers! It is stunning!!! So, I chose ‘Simon Says Stamp LEANNA BUTTERFLY Die’ as a focal point of my friend’s birthday card.

Personally, I love butterfly embellishment. The Butterfly symbolises the Covenant in Christianity.

Here it is:
20140523-01
I blended several Distress inks using distress tool and added Shimmer Spritz Sparkle. Making my own embossing pattern with scoring board is so clever!! Isn’t it wonderful technique? LOL!!

20140523-02Could you see the sparkly surface? It is really beautiful. I love it :D.
