MFT March Release Countdown – Day 5

Hello crafty friends, TGIF!
Welcome to the My Favorite Things March Release Countdown Day 5.
NewReleaseCountdown_Day5My card today features super adorable Sow Much Cuteness Stamp Set & Die-namics.
yoonsunhur-201703-mftrc-day5-001I started by stamping cute piggies from the Sow Much Cuteness set on watercolour paper using black pigment ink, then trimmed it down using the scallop panel die in the Blueprints 27 Die-namics. I coloured them with Distress markers. Once the panel was dry, I die cut the piggy in the centre using the Sow Much Cuteness Die-namics in order to give the dimensions. I mounted all elements as shown to the Ripe Raspberry Prestige card base using foam tape.
yoonsunhur-201703-mftrc-day5-002Those piggies are so super cute, especially the one with the sentiment banner :D

SSS So grateful for YOU

Welcome back my crafty friends!
Today I want to share with you my floral thanks card with the SSS Oh Happy Day stamp set I designed.
sss-feb-p06
Here is what I came up with:
yoonsunhur-20170228-sssp06-001I started by creating my floral background with the Oh Happy Day stamp set. For stamping flowers, I used warm colours of SSS dye ink: Cotton CandyRosie Cheeks, Schoolhouse Red, Sunshine, Merlot, and Lemon Zing. I then lightly brushed around the stamped area with Festive Berries Distress ink and a wet paint brush. I added opaque white ink splatters. Once the panel was dry, I stamped the sentiment from the Christmas Essentials set with VersaFine Vintage Sepia.
yoonsunhur-20170228-sssp06-002I die cut the top part of the panel with Scallop Stitches die, then decorated the panel with natural twine and leaves die cut (from the Single Roses dies). Lastly I mounted it on top-folded kraft card base using foam tape.

MFT WSC 321

Hello crafty friends, happy Wednesday!
Today I want to share with you my card for the My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge 321.
mft_wsc_321
Here is my take on the Sketch 321:
yoonsunhur-20170222-mft-wsc321-001I started by stamping so adorable hugging bear from the Friends Furever set on white card stock in Black Licorice hybrid ink, coloured it with Copic markers, then die cut it with the Friends Furever Die-namics. I then stamped the sentiment from the Friends Furever set on the Lemon Chiffon card stock in Black Licorice hybrid ink, then die cut it with the Stitched Sentiment Strips Die-namics. I die cut the small scallop circle from the Fun & Frolic paper pack using the Stitched Mini Scallop Circle STAX Die-namics. To finish it off, I adhered diagonal stripe patterned paper (from the Fun & Frolic paper pack) on the bottom of the white paper panel, wrapped with natural cotton thread, mounted it on white card base using double-sided tape, and then added all elements as shown to the card front using foam tape.
