MFT April Release Countdown – Day 3

Hello crafty friends, blessed Sunday!
Welcome to the My Favorite Things April Release Countdown Day 3.
My card today features the Cuddly Koalas Stamp Set & Die-namics.
I started by stamping cute koalas and gum tree, koalas eat mainly gum leaves, from the Cuddly Koalas set on watercolour paper in black pigment ink. I then coloured them with Distress markers, die cut them with the Cuddly Koalas Die-namics. Next, I die cut a piece of watercolour paper using the Wonky Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-namics, and then made an ombre watercolour background with Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn, Evergreen Bough Distress inks.
I randomly stamped leaves on green card base with Gumdrop Green hybrid ink, and then mounted all elements on the card base using foam tape.

The Stamp Market – From Me To You

Hello crafty friends, happy Thursday!
I am SO excited and happy to be a guest designer for The Stamp Market! I love their fresh and unique style so much!! Today I want to share with you my couple of floral cards with so gorgeous Kindness Noted Stamp Set and Papillon Stamp & Cut Bundle.

Here is what I came up with:
I started by stamping flowers from the Kindness Noted set on an A2 sized watercolour paper panel in VersaFine Onyx Black ink. I then lightly coloured them with Distress inks and water brush – I used Festive Berries, Scattered Straw, Mowed Lawn, Evergreen Bough, and Pumice Stone. Next, I stamped and die cut the butterfly from the Papillon Stamp & Cut Bundle. For the sentiment, I heat embossed it from the Kindness Noted set on black card stock in white. Once the watercoloured panel was dry, I mounted it on white card base using double-sided tape first, and then added the butterfly die cut and the sentiment banner using foam tape.

Here is another card that I used the same way as the first card but using different colours.

Next, I coloured them with Peerless watercolors, added some ink splatters all over the panel. For the sentiment, I heat embossed it from the More Essential Sentiments set onto black cardstock in white. Once the watercoloured panel was dry, I mounted it on top-folded white card base using foam tape, and then added the sentiment banner and some clear droplets.

PPP March Product Release Blog Hop

Hello crafty friends, TGIF!!
Welcome to the second day of the Pretty Pink Posh March 2017 Product Release Blog Hop. Oh, what an amazing release!!
I have two cards to share with you today using the Easter Blessings stamp set and the Friends Forever stamp set.
My first project is Easter-themed card. I die cut a piece of cold press watercolour paper using an A2 sized rectangle panel die. I then watercoloured the night scene with Peerless watercolors. I added opaque white ink splatters. Once the panel was dry, I heat embossed the sentiment from the Easter Blessings set under the watercoloured circle in gold. For the main image, I stamped the Cross in black pigment ink, then fussy cut it. Lastly, I mounted the panel on white card base using double-sided tape first, and then added the Cross on it using foam tape. I embellished with a few Sparkling Clear Confetti Mix.

For my second card, I used the Friends Forever stamp set as my main supply. I die cut the stitched rectangle panel from watercolour paper using the new Stitched Notes Dies. I then stamped the sentiment, cute couple, heart balloons, roses from the Friends Forever set on the panel in black pigment ink, coloured them with Peerless watercolors. Once the panel was dry, I mounted it on top-folded kraft card base using foam tape, then embellished with the new 4mm & 6mm Fresh Garden Sequins Mix.
