SSS Snowflake gift card envelopes

Happy Wednesday, crafty friends!
Today I want to share with you my snowflake gift card envelope trio using some Simon Says Stamp products.
At Christmas, there’s always room for more snowflakes, right?!!

I started by die cutting Petal Envelopes from some coloured card stocks: Lipstick Red, Green Apple, Mint. I then stamped Mod Trees Background using Burnt Orange dye ink (to red envelope die cut), Spring Rain dye ink (to green & mint envelope die cuts).

I die cut Eliza Snowflake from glitter white card stock, Kate Snowflake from kraft card stock, smallest snowflake from several coloured card stocks, and then stacked them up (as shown in the picture) using foam tape.
Inside the gift card envelope, I added Christmas greetings using CZ Design Merry die & Tiny Words Christmas stamp set.

I also made a square Christmas card too. I heat embossed the Mod Trees Background on stitched watercolour paper panel using white embossing powder, then ink blended on that panel using Distress inks. Snowflakes that always bring Christmas cards lift!!

SSS Season’s Greetings

Happy Wednesday, crafty friends!
I have another Christmas cards today (like yesterday) with several Simon Says Stamp winter holiday themed products. Oh, I love making Christmas cards!!

I started by die-cutting stitched rectangle panel from watercolour paper. I then stamped poinsettias & leaves from the Winter Flowers & Even More Spring Flowers sets on the edges of the watercolour panel using Memento Tuxedo Black dye ink. I also stamped the sentiment from the For To Us set on the centre of the panel using VersaFine Onyx Black.
I coloured all stamped images with the Altenew Artist Markers. I heat embossed the side edges of the coloured panel with gold embossing powder, and then mounted it on Schoolhouse Red card base using Glue Dots Permanent Tape Runner.
This sentiment is a perfect for the Christmas cards! I love it SO MUCH!!

For my second card, I made a watercolour card. I stamped the sentiment from the Big Scripty Greetings Holiday set on the centre of the stitched rectangled watercolour paper panel using VersaFine Onyx Black first.
I stamped the solid poinsettia & other leaves from the Poinsettia set with several Distress inks:
Poinsettias: Festive Berries & Fired Brick
Other leaves: Evergreen Bough & Faded Jeans
Tiny berries: Fired Brick & Walnut Stain
Distress inks react with water so, I stamped solid images on watercolour panel first, and then brushed them with water brush.

SSS Peace on Earth

Hello crafty friends, happy Tuesday!
Today I have ink-blended-snowflakes-patterned Christmas cards with Simon Says Stamp Outline Snowflakes background stamp.

For my first card, I ink blended the background panel using Broken China & Faded Jeans Distress Oxide inks. I heat embossed the Outline Snowflakes Background onto watercolour paper panel using white embossing powder first, and then ink blended on the stamped panel with Distress Oxide inks. For blending, I used medium sized blender brush in the Picket Fence Studios Life Changing Blender Brush set – this set is super FANTASTIC!!
Next, I added Perfect Pearl to the snowflakes, opaque white ink splatters all over the panel.
For the sentiment, I used the Tiny Words Christmas stamp set.

For my second card, I ink blended the panel with some Distress inks: Seedless Preserves, Faded Jeans, Mermaid Lagoon and a bit of Fossilized Amber.
I also heat embossed the Outline Snowflakes Background on watercolour paper panel with white embossing powder, blended on the stamped panel with Distress inks, added Perfect Pearls & white ink splatters.
I embellished with a few PPP 3mm sparkling clear sequins.

SSS Cute Critter Christmas Cards

Hello crafty friends, happy weekend!
Today I want to share with you a couple of my cute critter Christmas cards with some Simon Says Stamp Big Picture Book Dies.

For my first card, I used the Big Picture Book Bear & Hugs dies.I die cut all parts of bear from watercolour paper first, and then ink blended each piece using Distress inks:
(Face) Tea Dye, Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose (Body) Rusty Hinge, Tattered Rose.
I assembled & adhered Christmas bear on Ivory card base using double-sided tape, applied glossy accents to eyes, ears, nose.
You can open hugging arms..
and, tuck in chocolate or candy whatever you want!
I decorated the bear with tiny snowflakes. For the sentiment, I used the Tiny Words Christmas stamp set.

Here is another cute critter Christmas card. I used the Big Picture Book Puppy & Big Body dies.
Oh, I love that tongue! So cute!!
