SSS You’re one of a kind!

Hello crafty friends! I hope you had a magical Christmas with your family and friends!!
Today I have a couple of simple & feminine cards with the Bixby Wreath, Arch, Border Dies.

To create the card, I die cut a 3.75″ x 5″ rectangle panel from white card stock using the Basic Rectangles die first, and then die cut the Bixby Wreath from the centre of the rectangle panel as well. I then made a stitched floral circle panel using the Stitched Circles dies.
I ink blended the negative panels with Tattered Rose & Scattered Straw Distress inks, then trimmed the bottom of the inked panel using the Bixby Arch die. I die cut several tiny flowers from Cotton Candy card stock using the Bixby Arch die, then adhered them over the circle floral panel using fine tip glue pen.
For the sentiment, I used the Tiny Words stamp set.

For the second card, I used the Bixby Border die along with the Tiny Words stamp set. I die cut 3.75″ x 5″ rectangle panels from several coloured card stocks using the Basic Rectangles dies: Lipstick Red, Cotton Candy, Sunshine, Green Apple, Sea Glass, Lavender card stocks. Next, I die cut the Bixby Borders from these coloured panels, and then adhered all of the Bixby Borders as shown in the picture.
I added tiny red flowers on the left side of the panel. :D

SSS Christmas Tree Shaker Cards

Happy Thursday crafty friends!
I have a couple of Christmas tree shaker cards today using some SSS tree window dies: Birch Circle & Tree Frame.
This is what I made in December last year. I love making snowy winter scene with tree window dies so I couldn’t resist making another beautiful winter night scene this year!

Here is what I came up with:
For this card, I used the Birch Circle die along with other SSS products.
I die cut the Stitched Whirl Background from cream card stock, and also die cut the Birch Circle window from the same coloured cream paper panel.
For the snowy night scene, I ink blended to the Stitched Whirl Background panel with Peacock Feathers, Faded Jeans, and Seedless Preserves Distress inks.
I stamped deers, house, trees from the Winter Scene set on watercolour paper using VersaFine Onyx Black, coloured them with Hero Arts Watercolor Wheel, and then die cut them with the matching dies. I die cut tiny snowflakes from white card stock using the Stitched Flakes die as well. I adhered the acetate behind the Birch Circle window, added coarse glitterssparkling clear sequins to the centre of the Stitched Whirl Background panel, and then covered the Birch Circle window panel.
I decorated the card front with some snowflake die cuts, watercoloured objects.
For the sentiment, I used the Tiny Words Christmas Stamp Set.

Here is another Christmas tree shaker card with the Tree Frame die. I used the same technique like my first card here.
I love this intricate tree frame die so much!

Thank you so much for stopping by. Happy crafting!!

SSS Floral Hugs

Happy Saturday, crafty friends!
Here in Sydney Australia, it is a really hot summer during the Christmas season. No snow here! But, I don’t care about the weather, I just relaxed and made floral cards during this weekend. So happy!! :D

Today I have a couple of floral “Hugs” cards with the Simon Says Stamp Beautiful Flowers 2 stamp set along with other SSS products.
I started by stamping flowers & leaves from the Beautiful Flowers 2 set on cream coloured paper panel using Memento Tuxedo Black dye ink. I then coloured them with Altenew Artist Markers.
For the sentiment panel, I die cut 2.6 x 3.85 inches of stitched rectangle panel from cream card stock using the SSS Stitched Rectangles Panel dies. I added scored lines, stamped the sentiment from the Big Scripty Greetings set with VersaFine Onyx Black, and then gold heat embossed to the edges.
I mounted the floral panel on the same coloured cream card base using Glue Dots Permanent Tape Runner first, and then adhered the sentiment panel over the centre of the card front using foam tape. I added vellum butterfly die cuts on the card.

Here is another floral cards with the Beautiful Flowers 2 stamp set. I stamped a large sized flower image on cream paper panel using Memento Tuxedo Black dye ink, then coloured them with Altenew Artist Markers – these rainbow flowers make me so happy!!
For the sentiment, I used brand new “Thinking of you” word dies.

Thank you so much for stopping by. Happy crafting!!

Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all!
