Print
Here is what I came up with:
YoonsunHur-20160720-MFT3L-001To start, I stamped the Bundles of Blossoms Background on an A2 sized white paper panel in Gravel Gray hybrid ink. Next, I stamped the flowers and leaves from the Flashy Florals set on a separate white card stock using several hybrid inks:
Flowers: Red Hot & Paver Red / Pineapple & Latte / Coral Crush & Chili Powder / Peach Bellini & Ripe Raspberry
Leaves: Sour Apple, Limeade, and Green-Eyed Monster
I then die cut them with the Flashy Florals Die-namics. For the sentiment, I heat embossed it from the Time for the Bubbly set on black card stock in white, then cut the small banner. I mounted all elements as shown to white card base using adhesives from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.
YoonsunHur-MFT3L-P01To mount the A2 stamped panel on white card base, I used the 3D Foam Creative Sheets.
YoonsunHur-MFT3L-P03To add the flowers and leaves on the card front, I used the Clear DODZ™ Adhesive Dots 3D. I particularly love the clear foam tape!
YoonsunHur-MFT3L-P02And I used the Black 3D Foam Squares to adhere the black sentiment banner on top of the card. Black foam tape, it’s a proper use of black sentiment banner.

Pretty Pink Posh and Avery Elle Collaboration Blog Hop

Hello crafty friends, welcome to the Pretty Pink Posh and Avery Elle Collaboration Blog Hop Day 2! You should have arrived from Avery Elle blog.
PPP-AE-BlogHop-Banner
My card today, I used the Avery Elle Stoked stamp set along with the PPP dies and sequins.
YoonsunHur-20160719-PPP001To start, I created my own colourful background with the PPP Stitched Borders 2 die. I divided the A2 sized watercolour paper panel into five pieces using the PPP Stitched Border die, then inked each of them with Distress inks using mini ink blending tool: (from the top) Festive Berries, Mustard Seed, Mowed Lawn, Peacock Feathers, and Seedless Preserves. I put the pieces together using double-sided tape, then added water droplets. Next, I die cut the stitched fishtail banner from watercolour paper using the PPP Stitched Banner Duo die, stamped the drummer from the Avery Elle Stoked set on it in VersaFine Onyx Black. After colouring the drummer with Distress markers, I cut one of the drum images out using a craft knife, fill a circle with the PPP Silver Mini Star Confetti, then decorated around it with the PPP 4mm Clear Droplets for more fun! I mounted two panels as shown to white card base using dimensional foam tape, then added the speech bubble sentiments.
YoonsunHur-20160719-PPP002Your next stop on the hop is super amazing Karolyn Loncon! We hope you have all enjoyed our inspirational blog hop!

MFT July Card Kit – Twice the Wishes Countdown Day 2

Hello crafty friends!
Welcome to MFT July Twice the Wishes Card Kit Countdown Day 2. The July kit is super fun! I’m pretty sure that our interactive birthday cakes make you smile and happy!!!
PrintToday MFT design team members are sharing with you the Out of the Box cards. Meaning that we used some other MFT goodies along with the kit products.

Here is what I came up with:
YoonsunHur-20160719-JulyCardKit-001For my card today, I just wanted to make a clean and simple on white base. To start, I die cut the elements – to assemble two-layer cake – from the Pineapple and Smooth White card stocks using the Interactive Birthday Cake Die-namics in the kit. For the “HAPPY” alphabet banners, I die cut them from the Lemon Chiffon card stock using the Stitched Banner Alphabet Die-namics. For the balloons, I stamped it from the Beary Special Birthday set on white card stock in Black Licorice hybrid ink, coloured it with Copic markers, then die cut it with the matching die. Finally I assembled two-layer cake on an A2 sized white card base – You can see the full instructions HERE how to make interactive cake card with the kit.
YoonsunHur-20160719-JulyCardKit-002A secret message in the top layer of the cake, isn’t it cool?
YoonsunHur-20160719-JulyCardKit-003“Happy birthday! You deserve to be celebrated!!”

Thank you so much for stopping by. See you TONIGHT for the new kit release!!

Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all!

Clearly Besotted – Colour Chameleon

Hello crafty friends, happy Sunday!
Today I want to share with you my fun card with the recently released Clearly Besotted Colour Chameleon stamp set.
CBesotted-ColourChameleon
Here is what I came up with:
YoonsunHur-20160717-CBesotted-001To start, I stamped the paint stripe from the set on an A2 sized white paper panel in rainbow colours using the Mini MISTI stamping tool – I used the Altenew Ruby RedCotton CandyWarm SunshineFrayed Leaf, Ocean Waves, and Deep Iris dye inks. I then stamped the adorable chameleons on a separate white card stock in MFT Black Licorice hybrid ink, coloured them as shown in the picture with Copic sketch markers, then fussy cut them – Chameleons can adapt their colours to their surroundings so I just wanted to express their behaviour :D Finally, I mounted the panel on white card base using double-sided tape first, and then added the chameleons on the card using dimensional foam tape. I embellished with a few PPP clear sequins for finishing touches.
YoonsunHur-20160717-CBesotted-002“You are AMAZING just the way you are!”

Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a fabulous weekend!!
