Hello crafty friends!
Today I want to share with you my card for My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge 268.

Here is what I came up with:
YoonsunHur-20160217-MFTWSC268-001Most of you may know that I love making my own pattern with stamps and Out of This World set is out of this world, literally!!

For the background, I stamped the images from Out of This World set randomly onto watercolour paper panel in pigment black, coloured them with Peerless watercolours using a paintbrush, then added opaque white ink splatters and silly eyes. I used Star Strips Die-namics as the horizontal line element.

SSS Sweet friends forever

Hello crafty friends, happy Monday!
Today I am just popping in to show you the simple watercolour card that I’ve made using SSS Stacking Animals stamp set.
YoonsunHur-20160215-SSS-001To create the card, I 1) Stamped the sentiment from How We Roll set onto watercolour paper panel in pigment black, then stamped the animals from Stacking Animals set around the sentiment as well. 2) Coloured them with Derwent inktense colored pencils. 3) Stamped the hearts from Prayers set around the coloured animals using Hero Arts Neon Red. 4) Mounted the panel on A2 size white card base using 3M Scotch double-sided foam tape.

MFT February Release Countdown – Day 3

Hello crafty friends, blessed Sunday!
Welcome to the My Favorite Things February Release Countdown Day 3.

Today I want to share with you the baby card that I’ve made using Lucky stamp set.
YoonsunHur-201602-MFTRC-DAY3-001I love this adorable stamp set especially several smiling faces!!

To create the background, I stamped the cute images from Lucky set onto watercolour paper panel using in pigment black, watercoloured them with Distress markers using waterbrush. Once dry, I cut in middle of the panel using Inside & Out Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-namics, replaced it with the sentiment panel.

MFT WSC264 – Wool Ewe Be Mine?

Hello crafty friends!
Today I want to share with you my cute Valentine’s day card for My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge 264.

Here is what I came up with:
YoonsunHur-20160120-MFTWSC264-001To create the card, I 1) Stamped the scene from Ewe Are the Best set onto watercolour paper panel using black pigment ink, then watercoloured them. 2) Stamped the sheep on watercolour paper in pigment black, coloured them with Distress markers and then die cut them with Ewe Are the Best Die-namics. 3) Die cut Prairie Fence from white card stock, then lightly coloured it with Natural dye ink using waterbrush. 4) Mounted all elements as shown to A2 size white card base. 5) Embellished with a few PPP Share Kindness Mixed Sequins.

MFT June Release – New Product Launch

Hello crafty friends!
Welcome to the My Favorite Things new product launch! FINALLY!! All of the new products we’ve been sharing all week are officially available in the MFT Boutique now! I can’t wait to see what you guys create with them :D

My cards showcase Written in Watercolor, and undoubtedly I am so in love with the set!!
YoonsunHur-MFT-JuneRelease-Day5-01 To create the card, 1)I inked the flower stamp using MFT dye inks and then spritzed the inked stamp with water using a Mini Mister. I then stamped the flowers on the watercolour panel, dry it using heat tool. I stamped the flowers with Coral Crush, Wild Cherry, Persimmon, Orange Fizz, Red Hot, Lemon Drop, Grape Jelly dye inks and the leaves with Jellybean Green, Limelight, Sour Apple, Limeade.
YoonsunHur-MFT-JuneRelease-Day5-02These two Written in Watercolor & Watercolor Flowers stamp sets are the perfect match for the beautiful watercolour cards!

YoonsunHur-MFT-JuneRelease-NPLFor my second card, I made masculine birthday card with Written in Watercolor Stamp set. 1)I stamped ‘happy birthday’ diagonally across the watercolour panel with (from the top to the bottom) Blu Raspberry, Lush Lagoon, Tropical Teal dye inks. I then stamped the same sentiment another piece of white paper with After Midnight dye ink again, fussy cut it. 2)I just mounted ‘happy’ word as shown to the stamped panel using dimensional foam tape, added some clear sequins.
