Clearly Besotted – To Have and To Hold

Hello crafty friends, happy Thursday!
Today I want to share with you my wedding card with so beautiful Clearly Besotted To Have & To Hold Stamp Set.
YoonsunHur-20160609-CBesotted-001CBesotted-ToHave-ToHoldThe wedding season is in full swing and the cards with these outlined lilies & sentiments can make all beautiful June brides so happy!!
YoonsunHur-20160609-CBesotted-002To create the card, I randomly stamped the flowers from the To Have & To Hold set on white paper panel using SSS Fog Gray dye ink. Next, I stamped the lilies on a separate watercolour paper using Tattered Rose Distress ink, coloured them with Tattered Rose, Worn Lipstick, and Festive Berries Distress inks using waterbrush – I used no-line watercoloring technique. I added the Perfect Pearls Mist all over the coloured panel. Once dry the panel, I stamped the sentiment with VersaFine Onyx Black. For the pink scallop frame, I die cut the frame from white card stock using the PPP Scallop Frames Dies, then inked it with Worn Lipstick Distress ink using a mini ink blending tool. Finally, I mounted all elements as shown to A2 white card base using dimensional foam tape, then embellished with a few PPP clear sequins.

Pretty Pink Posh May Release Blog Hop

Hello crafty friends, happy Thursday!!
Welcome to the Pretty Pink Posh May Product Release Blog Hop! You should have arrived from Pretty Pink Posh blog.
PPP-20160512-BHop-BannerMy sweet friend Paulina, the owner of the Pretty Pink Posh, is certainly one of the most influential people in the papercraft industry. Her sequins always make my projects brighter and prettier and the newly released rose gold & rainbow sequins are no exceptions!! The more I see those bright and colourful sequins, the happier I become!
YoonsunHur-20160512-PPP-B001So my first project is tag trio with the new Stitched Essentials 1 dies and matching coloured sequins. First, I ink blended on white card stock with Distress inks using a mini blending tool: (Yellow) Squeezed Lemonade and Wild Honey / (Red) Festive Berries and Fired Brick / (Green) Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn. I then die cut them with the Stitched Essentials 1 dies, cut the window to each tag for making shaker tags. I used the 4mm Sunshine Glow for the yellow tag, 4mm Strawberry Burst & Fairytale Fuchsia for the red tag, and then 4mm Peridot Mist and Ocean Spray for the green one. I am so in love with those tiny sparkles!!
YoonsunHur-20160512-PPP-B004For these adorable chicks, I used the Birdie Friends stamp set. I stamped it on watercolour paper with Antique Linen Distress ink, coloured it with Squeezed Lemonade and Fossilized Amber Distress markers.
YoonsunHur-20160512-PPP-B003For this cute bunny, I used the Holiday Pals stamp set. I stamped it with Pumice Stone Distress ink, coloured it with Pumice Stone and Worn Lipstick Distress markers.
YoonsunHur-20160512-PPP-B002This cute dog is from the Holiday Pals stamp set as well. I stamped it with Antique Linen Distress ink, then coloured it with Brushed CorduroyVintage Photo, and Worn Lipstick Distress markers.

YoonsunHur-20160512-PPP-A001For my second card, I gathered the new sequins in one card. First, I die cut the windows from white card stock using Storybook 4 die five times – I used the negative panels – and then glue them together, mounted this thick window panel (like the foam panel) on A2 white card base using double-sided tape. I then put in the sequins shown as the picture. Next, I die cut the Storybook 4 from the yellow coloured MFT County Fair Plaid pattern paper, back it with acetate sheet – ready for the shaker front – then covered the sequins. For the sentiment, I used the Rainy Days stamp set

PPP Birthday Celebration

Hello crafty friends, welcome to the Pretty Pink Posh Birthday Celebration! Wow, Pretty Pink Posh turns 2!!
PPPBirthday_HeaderI am so excited (and so honoured) to be part of an awesome birthday party!! The celebrations will be held over three days and today is the first!

YoonsunHur-20160109-PPP-B001For my first card, I made shaker card with the newly released Mini Star Confetti. First I 1) made my own floral background with MFT So Much Love and Mini Modern Blooms stamp sets. 2) Die cut Stitched Film Strip from white card stock, back it with acetate sheet, then added Mini Star Confetti: (from the top of the shaker frame) Iridescent, gold, and silver. 3) Stamped the cute critters from Holiday Pals set on watercolour paper using black pigment ink, coloured them with Distress markers, then fussy cut them. 4) Mounted all elements as shown to A2 size white card base.
YoonsunHur-20160109-PPP-B002
YoonsunHur-20160109-PPP-A001For my second card, I used Storybook 3 die in a creative way. First I stamped the roses from Clearly Besotted Merci Beaucoup set on white paper panel using black pigment ink, added red & black ink splatters. I die cut from the stamped panel using Storybook 3 die – I used a negative panel. On the positive rectangles, I stamped the roses with embossing ink, white heat embossed, then blended them with Distress inks: Festive Berries and Fired Brick for red, Mustard Seed and Wild Honey for yellow, Worn Lipstick and Picked Raspberry for pink panel. I attached the bow, Twine and Bows Dies, at the top of each inked panel – they look like gift boxes. I mounted all elements as shown to A2 size white card base using double-sided tape, then embellished with a few clear sequins.
