Gallery Idol Round 2: Bride of May

Hello folks,
Happy Monday!! I am highly honoured to be a part of the Top 20 at Gallery Idol.

Now, I am extremely excited to submit my second card to GI Round Two!! The theme for round two is ‘DIE-CUTTING‘ :D

When I first knew the theme, I thought it would be easy for me because, I have many dies. Buttttttt… It was so hard to make the right card.. I was above myself. Haha…
Honestly, I cut each one of all my dies and arranged all die cuts on the desk! Thinking… thinking… thinking… I was thinking what I was going to make over and over again.

Sigh……

Oh!! I hit on the best idea all of a sudden! ‘BRIDE OF MAY‘ LOL!!

I chose lovely Spellbinders In’spire Die-Silhouette, Clearly Besotted Fancy Feathers Die Collection, and Clearly Besotted Love Word Die. My focal point is ‘LOVE WORD’ die cut. Normally I use stamps when I decorate a card with sentiment but, for round two, I wanted to carry out my duties faithfully.

SO BEAUTIFUL!

Hello folks,
It is a brand new day (tough Monday though…) :D Yesterday, I made die card with Simon Says Stamp ‘BEAUTIFUL’ Craft die. Simon’s die is classical and literally beautiful!

I chose ‘Everything Flowers Stamp by Hero Arts’ for watercolour background and ‘Beautiful’ die cut was popped up with foam dots for dimension.

SPRING FLOWERS

happy weekend is back! LOL!! Do you have any special events for this weekend? YES!! YOU DO!! (If you are someone’s mother or daughter :D)

MOTHERS DAY!!
11th of May is Mothers day in Australia. I am not a mum yet but, I am a daughter. So, I made ‘SPRING FLOWER’ card for my mum.

Love you tutu much~

Hi folks,
few weeks ago, I was very pleased with Tutu Sweet stamp by Penny Black. This stamp set is so adorable. I can hear this little cutie burst out laughing LOL!

I used one of my favourite distress ink ‘tattered rose’ for watercolour background and Rangers glitter glue ‘stardust’ made tutu look much better~
I have a preference for soft colours like this pinkish tattered rose ink but, sometimes vivid colour inks are very tempting.
