Hello crafty friends, happy weekend!
Thank you so much for your sweet comments to my first Leading Lady post for Winnie & Walter last week. I read them over and over!! :)
Today’s card, I used my most favourite technique, random stamping + Distress marker watercolouring, using so adorable Big Hugs Stamp Set.
To start, I randomly stamped images from the Big Hugs set (hearts from the Welcome to the Family stamp set) on watercolor paper in VersaFine Onyx Black pigment ink. I then trimmed the paper down using rectangle panel die.
I watercoloured all stamped images with Distress markers and water brush, background with Tumbled Glass Distress ink and a wet paint brush. For the sentiment, I heat embossed it from the Big Hugs set in white, die cut it with the Sketchy Thoughts Cutaways. Once the panel was completely dry, I mounted the watercoloured panel on navy card base using foam tape, and then sentiment die cut on it using foam tape as well.

Shay has generously donated a $30 gift card for me to give away here! To be in with a chance of winning, just leave a comment on my Winnie & Walter Leading Lady posts (every Saturday in May). I’ll announce one lucky winner at the end of the month! :)
Thank you so much for stopping by. Happy crafting!!
Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all!

For the image on the watercoloured panel, I decided not to color. I just stamped an adorable baby elephant from the
