SSS Joyful Christmas

Hello crafty friends!
Have you started making Christmas cards? I know I have! :D Today I have a Joyful Christmas card to share with you using the SSS Outline Winter Floral background stamp.
I started by stamping the Outline Winter Floral image onto the watercolour paper panel using Antique Linen Distress ink. I then coloured the stamped image with some Altenew Liquid Watercolors:
Winter flowers: Crimson, Ruby Red
Leaves: Olive green mixed with Lime and Espresso, Sweet Leaf
Boughs: Espresso, Paper Bag
I added opaque white ink splatters and antique rose crystal drops here and there.
For the sentiment, I die cut the Joyful Word Frame from white cardstock, slightly larger sized square frame from Lipstick Red cardstock, and then glued them together.
I love this card with it’s traditional Christmas colours! ;)

Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a great day.

Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all!

SSS Happy Holiday Wishes

Happy Thursday, crafty friends!
Today I have another couple of Christmas cards with some SSS Cheer and Joy products!
For my first card, I used the, very popular at the moment, Gnome die along with the Holiday Greetings Mix 1 stamp set. I die cut a 4.25″ x 5.5″ rectangle panel from kraft cardstock using the Basic Rectangles die set. I then heat embossed the sentiment from the Holiday Greetings Mix 1 set in white onto the kraft panel.
I die cut the Gnome from watercolour paper, applied Festive Berries and Fired Brick Distress inks to hat using blender brush, coloured nose & beard with Distress markers, and then assembled. I glued a white pom pom to the top of the hat. :D
I decorated the left side of the card with red & white bakers twine and pom poms.
I love this cheerful sentiment, adorable gnome and white & red pom poms!!

My second card, I used the Fall Frenchies set along with snowflake dies.
I stamped the cute Frenchie drinking hot cocoa from the Fall Frenchies set on watercolour paper using Memento Tuxedo Black dye ink, coloured it with Faber-Castell polychromos colored pencils, then die cut it with the matching die.
I die cut the Stitched Hills from a separate watercolour paper, applied Tumbled Glass Distress ink to the top of the hills. I also die cut some snowflakes from white & pale blue cardstock. I adhered all elements as shown in the picture on white card base, and then added star dust glitter glue on top of the hills for the snowy hills.

Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a great day.

Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all!

SSS Holiday Greetings

Hello crafty friends!
Today I want to share very traditional coloured Christmas cards with you using several SSS Cheer and Joy products.

I started by heat embossing the sentiment from the Holiday Greetings Mix 1 set in white onto the centre of kraft card front. I then die cut different sized snowflakes from kraft card stock using the Marie, Lea, Grace, Rina and Kate Snowflake dies – I wanted to make tone-on-tone winter holiday patterned card.
I adhered all snowflake die cuts on both right & left side of the card front using foam tape, and then gently applied white pigment ink to the centre of each snowflake using blender brush. I added opaque white ink splatters & white enamel dots.

Here is another tone-on-tone background card with beautiful snowflakes. I heat embossed the word “Peaceful” from the Holiday Greetings Mix 1 set in gold onto the bottom part of white card, stamped the word “Christmas” in black. Next I die cut snowflakes from white card stock using (from the bottom) Marie, Kate and Rina Snowflake dies. I adhered all snowflake die cuts (as shown in the picture) on the card using foam tape.
I added metallic gold ink splatters here and there – gold on white is so elegant!! :D

My last card today, I created the wreath with the Christmas Foliage die set along with red & white card stock. For the sentiment, I used the CZ Design Joyful die set.
White, red, green and kraft are definitely my all time favourite Christmas colours. And you?

Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a great day.

Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all!

SSS Joyful Moose

Hello crafty friends, TGIF!
Today I have a very joyful Christmoose card with SSS Cheer and Joy Falling For You Stamp Set & Holiday Sweater Stencil. :D
I started by making Christmas knitting patterned background with the Holiday Sweater stencil – it’s a MUST-HAVE for Christmas card making!! I placed the Holiday Sweater stencil on kraft card base in place, then applied white embossing paste onto it using craft knife. It takes about 10 minutes to dry completely.
I stamped a happy moose from the Falling For You set onto watercolour paper using Memento Tuxedo Black dye ink, coloured it with polychromos colored pencils, and then fussy cut it. This moose makes me smile! :D
I adhered a joyful moose on the centre of the card, and decorated it with white, red and brown pompoms! For the sentiment, I used the CZ Design Joyful die set.
I hope this joyful Christmoose makes you very happy!! ;)

Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a great weekend.

Keep smiling and be blessed! God bless you all!

PPP October Product Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hello crafty friends!
Welcome to the first day of the Pretty Pink Posh October 2019 Product Release Blog Hop. There are full of amazing Christmas products in October. Woohoo!! If you arrived here from the Debbie Olson’s blog you are on the right track.

For my first card, I used the Stitched Poinsettias die set – my most favourite among the entire new products!
I die cut Stitched Poinsettias from watercolour paper first. I then applied Festive Berries Distress ink to two small sized poinsettias as shown in the picture.
I adhered poinsettias on red card base using foam tape, and then added opaque white ink splatters all over the card because it’s Christmas!! For the sentiment, I used the Holiday Signs stamp set.
Sparkling Clear Snowflake Sequins enhance my Christmas poinsettia card. :D

My second card is a shaker card! I die cut the Winter Frame from watercolour paper, then applied Distress inks to the frame using blender brush. I also die cut the Stitched Poinsettias from watercolour paper, coloured them with red & green Distress inks. I adhered acetate sheet to the back of the Winter Frame.
Behind the shaker window frame, I placed the Snowflakes stencil over the white card front, used blender brush to apply Tumbled Glass Distress ink over the stencil. I then added white ink splatters.
On the inside of the shaker window, I poured lots of sequins – Celebration Confetti Mix, Merry Confetti Mix, Sparkling Clear Snowflake Sequins Mix and Sparkling Clear Sequins Mix.

One more card here! You might see it on the PPP blog a few days ago. I heat embossed the word “JOY” & Santa hat in gold onto watercolour paper, partially coloured the stamped images with Festive Berries & Evergreen Bough Distress inks, and then die cut it with the matching dies.
I die cut the poinsettia parts from watercolour paper, applied Distress inks onto them using blender brush, and then glued the layers together using foam tape. I LOVE this new Stitched Poinsettias so much!! :D
I mounted all elements as shown in the picture using foam tape, then embellished with a few clear droplets.
