PPP August 2022 Product Release Blog Hop – Day 3

Welcome to Day 3 of the Pretty Pink Posh August 2022 Product Release Blog Hop. If you arrived here from the super talented Carly Minner’s blog you are on the right track.

I know so many of you are enjoying the new PPP Halloween cards and products but today I will share with you something different with so adorable Candy Treats die set.

Ta-da! For my first card with the Candy Treats, I made a Christmas card! I die cut all super cute lollies from Christmas coloured cardstock and adhered them as shown in the picture on kraft card base using foam tape.



For my second card, I made a birthday card with the Candy Treats die along with the Build A Gift dies. I die cut those adorable lollies, gift boxes and birthday balloon, and then adhered them on the Starry Background card base using foam tape.




For my last card with the Candy Treats, I made a love-themed card. I used pink and blue gummy bears as a lovely couple. :)

The new Candy Treats die set is so super adorable, right?!!

SSS Winter Birds

Hello crafty friends!
Today I have a couple of cheerful Christmas cards with Simon Says Stamp Winter Birds stamp set.

I stamped birds, leaves and sentiments on the exact same place on two A2 sized papers using Memento Tuxedo Black dye ink first. As you can see on the right side, I coloured all stamped images with Copic markers. On the left side, I just coloured the background with R29 Copic marker.


For the sentiment on the centre of the card, I used the Holiday Greetings Mix 1 stamp set.
I decorated the card with tiny snowflakes and PPP 4mm clear droplets.

I just coloured the background with R29 Copic marker! I think it’s one of the ways to make great Christmas cards, right?!!

SSS Handmade Holiday Release Blog Hop – Day 2

Hello crafty friends, TGIF!
Welcome to Day 2 of the Simon Says Stamp Handmade Holiday Release Blog Hop. I’m so happy to be a part of this warm and cozy blog hop! If you arrived here from super talented Emma Williams’s blog you are on the right track.

For my first card, I used the new Etched Delicate Frond die and Pine Bouquet embossing folder.

I applied the Pine Bouquet embossing folder to A2 sized watercolour paper panel first, and then ink blended the panel with some Distress Oxide inks: Fired Brick, Vintage Photo, Cracked Pistachio and Faded Jeans. I then made edge-to-edge shaker panel with lots of sparkling sequins & confetti.

I die cut the Etched Delicate Frond from thick white cardstock, then applied gold embossing powder to the end of each leaf. For the sentiment, I used the CZ Design Merry die set.

I just could not resist another play with the gorgeous Etched Delicate Frond die. I die cut 3 fronds from thick white cardstock first. I then applied Distress inks to 2 fronds – one that I inked with Evergreen Bough, another that I inked with Bundled Sage. I stamped cardinal in the Winter Birds set on white cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black, coloured it with Copic markers.

I dry embossed the panel with the Crystal Distortion embossing folder, mounted it on white card base using double-side tape, then added all elements as shown in the picture. I was so happy to see the result!!

SSS Handmade Holiday Release

Hello crafty friends!
Simon Says Stamp Handmade Holiday Release is LIVE! So today I have a simple Christmas ornaments card with brand new Ornament Builder Stencil and Therm O Web Rainbow Mini Glitz Glitter Gels.

Look at these gorgeous, beautiful glitter gels! Glitter is an indispensable supply for Christmas card making, right?!!


I placed the ornament stencil on A2 sized white paper panel, then applied Distress inks in rainbow order as shown in the picture – you can arrange where you want with the new Ornament Builder stencil. :D


Next is the Glitz Glitter Gels! I applied glitter gold, red and green to ornaments – love it so much!! I stamped the sentiment in the Winter Birds set on the bottom right corner using VersaFine Onyx Black. After mounting the panel on white card base using double-sided tape, then decorated the card with tiny snowflakes & clear sequins.
