Hello crafty friends, happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend!!
I’m on the Altenew blog today with my cards using the Altenew Coffee Love stamp set. Crafting and Coffee, they are truly inseparable, right?!
To create the card, I combined three Altenew stamp sets: Coffee Love, Watercolor Wonders, and Sentiments & Quotes sets. First, I stamped the flowers and leaves from the Watercolor Wonders set on cold press watercolour paper panel in Distress inks, and then added a bit of water using waterbrush. Next, I stamped the coffee maker & mug from the Coffee Love set on a separate watercolour paper with VersaFine Pigment Ink Vintage Sepia, added a bit of brown and red colours, and then fussy cut them. I mounted the floral background panel on an A2 sized white card base using double-sided tape first, and then added the coffee maker and mug cuts on the bottom right hand corner of the card front using foam tape. For the sentiment, I stamped it from the Sentiments & Quotes set in Jet Black dye ink.

Here is another card with the Coffee Love stamp set. First, I stamped the sentiment and coffee beans from the set on the Spicy Yogurt card base using dye inks (sentiment in Jet Black, coffee beans in Dark Chocolate). Next, I randomly stamped the coffee maker, cups, and beans onto watercolour paper panel using embossing ink and then white heat embossed. I then ink blended on it with Wild Honey and Vintage Photo Distress inks using mini ink blending tool, added water droplets. Once the blended panel was completely dry, I cut off the bottom edge using speech bubble edge die, and then mounted it on the Spicy Yogurt card front using foam tape.
