MFT March Card Kit – Warm & Fuzzy Friends Countdown Day 1

Hello crafty friends, welcome to MFT March Card Kit – Warm & Fuzzy Friends!
PrintPrintWhen I saw the first card kit last January, I just thought MFT can’t get any better but they did more creative work last February. And then, in March, MFT is going to make a new record! Oh, Warm & Fuzzy Friends Kit is simply outstanding!!

Black Licorice Hybrid Ink Cube
Hot Fudge Hybrid Ink Cube
Trail Mix Patterned Paper
Prima Watercolor Paper Pad 3″x6.25″ – 24 sheets
Card Stock – 1 of each of the following – Cherry Crisp, Electric Red, Persimmon, Orange Fizz, Pineapple, Sour Apple, Gumdrop Green, Jellybean Green, Summer Splash, Tropical Teal, Primitive White, Biscotti, Milk Chocolate, Hot Fudge
1 sheet White Birch Adhesive-Backed Paper
1 sheet Cherry Wood Adhesive-Backed Paper
1 pack of Peerless Watercolors – Complete Edition

Here is what I camp up with:YoonsunHur-20160314-MFT-MarchCardKit-InTheBox-001Woo hoo! I love, love, love watercolouring and Peerless watercolours are definitely my preferred colouring medium!

To create the card, I 1) Die cut from the Prima Watercolor Paper in the set using Wonky Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-namics. 2) Stamped the scene from Warm & Fuzzy Friends set onto the watercolour panel using Versafine Onyx Black. 3) Coloured them with Peerless watercolours, added some white ink splatters.

SSS Spring Plush – Big Ear Bunny

Hello crafty friends, I hope you are having a great weekend!
Today I am just popping in to show you my cards with SSS Spring Plush Big Ear Bunny and Springtime Chicken dies.

YoonsunHur-20160314-SSS-001For my first card, I used Big Ear Bunny plush dies. It’s quite easy to make but so cute, isn’t it?! I wanted to make bright and cheerful card with felt!! First I die cut big ear bunnies from Shades of Sunshine & White wool felt sheets using Big Ear Bunny dies. I die cut Stitched Whirl Background from white card stock and then trimmed it with Stitches Squares die. I mounted the Stitched Whirl Background panel on white square card base using double-sided tape first and then two bunnies on it using dimensional foam tape. Each bunny has a cute little pom pom tail!!

SSS Spring Plush – Easter Egg

Hello crafty friends, TGIF!!
Recently Simon Says Stamp released a lot of cute stuff – cute bunny, bear, chicken, eggs, and flower plush dies. And today I am sharing with you my Easter card with Springtime Critters stamp set and Button Egg plush dies.SSS-Spring Plush-Banner
Here is what I came up with:
YoonsunHur-20160311-SSS-001 To create the card, I 1) Die cut a piece of watercolour paper using Stitches Square die. 2) Stamped the cute images from Springtime Critters set randomly onto watercolour panel using VersaFine Pigment Ink Vintage Sepia. 3) Coloured the background of the stamped panel with Gansai Tambi Watercolor (No.43). 4) Die cut the egg from pearl white card stock using Button Egg plush dies, the flowers and leaves from SSS coloured card stocks. 5) Placed the flowers and leaves on the egg die cut using dimensional foam tape, tied the natural twine as well. 6) Mounted all elements as shown to white square card base using double-sided tape.

Pretty Pink Posh March Release Blog Hop

First I 1) Stamped the scene from Birdie Friends set onto watercolour paper panel using Antique Linen Distress ink, clouds from Rainy Days set in Tumbled Glass Distress ink. 2) Coloured the chicks, banner, and tree with Distress markers and then grass & sky with Gansai Tambi Watercolor. 3) Stamped the notes from Winter Friends set on the panel using VersaFine Pigment Ink Vintage Sepia. 4) Tied natural bamboo cord on top of the panel. 5) Mounted the panel on A2 white card base using dimensional foam tape. 6) Embellished with a few PPP clear sequins.

YoonsunHur-20160310-PPP-BlogHop-001For my second card, I made a shaker card. For the background I stamped tiny images from Birdie Friends set on white card base using SSS Fog Gray dye ink. For the shaker window, I used a new Scallop Circles dies – PPP Scallop Circles make my card so adorable!!

Whimsy Stamps March Release Day 4

Here is what I came up with:
YoonsunHur-201603-Whimsy-Day4-001  To create the card, I 1) Die cut a piece of watercolour paper using A2 sized Hand Stitched Rectangle die. 2) Stamped the scene from Hedgehugs set onto watercolour panel using Antique Linen Distress ink – I used mask when I stamped hedgehogs and stump. 3) Coloured them with Gansai Tambi Watercolor using a paint brush. 4) I mounted the panel on A2 white card base using double-sided tape.YoonsunHur-201603-Whimsy-Day4-002
