OCC SYD DAY2 – Rainbow Feathers!

Hello crafty friends, Happy Monday! I hope all of you had a wonderful weekend!!
Today I’m popping in to share my card -actually, homework- for entering Online Card Class Stretch Your Dies.
SYDAs MANY of you know, Online Card Class is super awesome! I Loooooove all of the classes!! The class has a highly inventive techniques and today, I followed Yana‘s Negative Die Cut Background technique.

Flower garden

Hello crafty friends, TGIF!!
Today I’m popping in to share my card for entering Hero Arts Nature Challenge!

Here is what I came up with:
YoonsunHur-20150320-01Some of my crafty friends may know that I love watercolouring and flowers!! Hero Arts Flower Garden Stamp set is so very beautiful and I couldn’t resist making card with watercolours! I love subtle watercolouring technique as much as no-line colouring.

To create the card, 1)I positioned flower stamps upper side of the watercolour panel and mounted the entire design on a large stamp press. 2)I stamped them using VersaMark Embossing ink and white heat embossed. I repeated it bottom side of the panel. 3)I applied clean water the embossed panel using a wide brush first and then coloured around the embossed images with Distress ink Picked Raspberry, Dried Marigold, Squeezed Lemonade, and Mustard Seed. 4)For the sentiment, I stamped it from Hero Arts Night and Day Flowers using VersaMark Embossing ink and gold heat embossed. 5)I added Zig wink of Stella clear over the coloured panel. 6)Mixed clear sequins were the finishing touches.

TCC #31 – Tasty Treats

Happy Wednesday everyone! Here we are again with a new challenge at The Card Concept!

Here is what I came up with:
YoonsunHur-TCC31-01I was inspired by the yummy cupcakes topped with the pink frosting!

To create my card, I used Clearly Besotted Tasty Treats Stamp Set as my main supply. 1)I blended on the watercolour panel with Distress Ink Picked Raspberry, Festive Berries using blending tool and spritzed a bit of fresh water here and there using mini mist. 2)Once completely dry, I stamped outlined cupcakes on the coloured panel using VersaMark Embossing Ink and white heat embossed. 3)For the sentiment, I stamped them using VersaFine Pigment Ink Onyx Black and clear embossed. I then fussy cut the ‘Sending’ word and affixed it with dimensional foam tape. 4)Machine stitching and mixed clear sequins were the finishing touches.

AEI♥U Challenge – Stripes!

Hello crafty friends, happy Wednesday! I’m popping in to share my cards for entering AEI♥U Challenge!

Here is what I came up with:
YoonsunHur-20150318-01The theme of this month is ‘Stripes!’ and wow! I am luckily -and so happily- have Avery Elle Brushed Stamp set. There is an awesome brushed stripe in the set and it means I can create my own stripe pattern for my cards!!

For my card today, 1)I stamped the stripes on the white panel using Brilliance Pigment Ink Galaxy Gold. 2)I stamped sentiment and ink splatters using VersaFine Pigment Ink Onyx Black and clear heat embossed. I then fussy cut them. 3)I stamped gem from Avery Elle Many Thanks stamp set with black pigment ink and clear heat embossed and then coloured gem with yellow watercolour and spatter panel with Distress ink Black Soot. 4)I affixed stamped images with dimensional foam tape. easy-peasy, right?!

My second card here:
YoonsunHur-20150318-04It was the same idea with my first card but, made colourful stripes! -I used Brilliance Pigment Ink Rocket Red, Pearlescent Lavender and Colorbox Chalk Ink Canary, Robin’s Egg.
