My card today features the Snow Globe Scenes stamp set and the Snow Globe Shaker die set.
To create the card, I stamped town from the Snow Globe Scenes set on watercolour paper in VersaFine Onyx Black pigment ink, coloured it with Hero Arts Watercolor Wheel, and then fussy cut it out. I then placed it inside the Snow Globe with some tiny snowflakes & clear sequins. For the snowy night background, I heat embossed santa sleigh from the Snow Globe Scenes set on watercolour panel with white embossing powder, and then ink blending on the panel using Chipped Sapphire, Seedless Preserves Distress inks. I added white ink splatters all over the panel. Once the background panel was completely dry, I mounted it on white card base using double-sided tape first, and then added shaker snow globe using foam tape.

  25. What a gorgeous card. That background is so striking, and the snow globe shaker looks just like a real snow globe. But I think my favorite part is how you put Santa outside the snow globe. I probably would have put him inside, but the scene is so much more complete with him flying outside. Thanks for a great idea!
